We had a wonderful stay at Bab Al Qasr Hotel & Residences, and our experience was made even more memorable because we were celebrating the birthdays of my two daughters and my mother.|From the beautiful hotel and comfortable room to the warm hospitality, we had a very enjoyable stay. What stood out to us most, however, was the thoughtful service we received.|A very special thank you to Ms. Imane, who helped arrange a special birthday surprise for our family. She prepared cakes along with some lovely sweets for the birthday celebrants. I had requested a special birthday arrangement before our arrival, and I was genuinely happy that she made my request come true. 🙏❤️|Her kindness and effort meant a lot to us, especially because this was a special family occasion. It was a lovely surprise for my daughters and my mother and made our celebration even more meaningful.|Thank you to the entire Bab Al Qasr team for a memorable stay, and especially to Ms. Imane for going the extra mile. We truly appreciate your hospitality and hope to return again in the future.

Absolutely lovely hotel for solo, family or couple travel. One of the best places I ever stayed in. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and incredibly lagging after Iftar, but I understand the cultural significance and it was ok with me. Genuinely hope to visit again once the geo-situation has calmed dow

Our stay at Bab Al Qasr Abu Dhabi was exceptional from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, while the amenities and facilities were excellent. Everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay is right at your fingertips. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is its incredible team. Every member of staff made us feel like royalty, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Their genuine warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay unforgettable. A special thank you to Heythem, the Front Office Manager, for his outstanding customer service and for ensuring every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. We’d also like to thank Shaymaah and Kyla for their kindness and professionalism, and Sunu and the entire team at The Loop Pool Bar for their fantastic hospitality and friendly service. The hotel also offers outstanding value for money, and the happy hour is one of the best we’ve come across, great drinks, a wonderful atmosphere, and excellent prices. We highly recommend Bab Al Qasr Abu Dhabi to anyone looking for a luxury experience with truly exceptional service. We can’t wait to return!

I had an excellent stay at Bab Al Qasr Hotel! The hotel is beautiful, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A special thank you to **Kyla at the reception** for her warm welcome and professionalism, and to **Ponir, Bishnu, Absar, and Al Amin from the car service team** for their exceptional service. They were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always smiling. Their kindness, positive attitude, and willingness to help made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so comfortable and memorable. Your hospitality truly stands out. Highly recommended, and I would definitely love to come back! 🤍

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with spacious and comfortable rooms offering spectacular views. The staff were always friendly, professional, and very helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. A special mention goes to Shahid and Anita, who were incredibly kind, attentive, and available to help us every day. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more enjoyable. We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to come back!

One of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Abu Dhabi. Artisan Kitchen at Bab Al Qasr Hotel offers an outstanding buffet with an excellent selection of high-quality dishes. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The atmosphere was elegant, relaxing, and perfect for enjoying a great meal. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. A special thanks to Supervisor Mahmoud, whose professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality ensured that every guest received outstanding care. His leadership is clearly reflected in the team’s excellent service. I would also like to recognize Alaa, who provided exceptional service throughout our visit. He was attentive, courteous, and always one step ahead of our needs, making us feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Thank you to the entire Artisan Kitchen team for such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Abu Dhabi, and I will definitely be returning.

I had a wonderful experience at Bab Al Qasr Hotel. Everything was excellent, from the hospitality and service to the overall atmosphere of the hotel. A special appreciation goes to Ms. Kyla from the Front Desk team, who was extremely welcoming, professional, and helpful throughout my stay. Her kindness and attention to detail truly made the experience even more enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Bab Al Qasr for the great hospitality. If I could give this hotel less than one star, I would. I have stayed here multiple times, giving the hotel chance after chance, and every single stay has been worse than the last. The housekeeping is by far the biggest disappointment. Rooms are poorly cleaned, basic standards are not met, and I constantly have to request that they come back to finish the job properly. The response time to any request is unbelievably slow. Whether it’s housekeeping or any other service, you’re left waiting far too long and often have to follow up multiple times before anything is done. What frustrates me the most is that I have raised these exact concerns with management during every stay. Each time, I’m given the same apology and the same promise: “We’re sorry, this won’t happen again.” Yet nothing ever changes. In fact, the service continues to decline with every visit. It’s exhausting to spend a stay repeatedly calling reception, chasing housekeeping, and making complaints instead of enjoying the hotel. At this point, it’s clear that guest feedback is acknowledged but not acted upon. I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stress-free stay. After giving them so many opportunities to improve, I’ve completely lost confidence that they ever will.
