The hotel is overall very good. The location is excellent, it’s close to the city center and everything you might need is nearby. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and supermarkets within walking distance, which made the stay very convenient.The hotel itself is nice, although the building feels a bit old. Everything was clean and comfortable, so no major issues there.The only downside was the air conditioning, it wasn’t very strong and the room felt a bit warm at times. I would recommend improving or upgrading the AC system.Overall, I had a good experience and would still recommend this hotel 👍

This was my second stay at Millennium Downtown Hotel Hamdan, and once again, I had an amazing experience. The staff were so kind, welcoming, and professional throughout my stay. A special thanks to Mustaffah, who offered me a really good deal for both of my stays and was always helpful and accommodating. I would also like to mention Mr. Nahiyam Mohammed, who is always smiling and very attentive. He really knows how to make guests feel welcomed and comfortable. Panashe at the reception was also excellent—very professional, helpful, and always ready to assist. And last but not least, Abdel, who was very kind, friendly, and easygoing. His positive attitude made the stay even more enjoyable. I was also upgraded, which was a lovely surprise and made my stay even better! 🙌 Overall, I had an exceptional experience and truly appreciate the hospitality and service from the entire team. If you're looking for a hotel with great service, friendly staff, and excellent hospitality, I would definitely recommend Millennium Downtown Hotel Hamdan. 10/10 — Highly recommended! ❤️

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I would especially like to recognize the housekeeping team for their excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the check-out experience was just as quick and hassle-free. Even though it was high season and the hotel was very busy, the housekeeping staff always responded quickly and provided everything I needed without delay. Their efficiency, friendliness, and attention to detail made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The room was consistently clean, well maintained, and refreshed promptly every day. I truly appreciate the hard work and dedication of the housekeeping team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The location is good, but nothing about this hotel meets a four-star standard. First of all, the parking was a mess (rudely said it’s full because you’re late). Literally all the staff members were very unprofessional. I’m pretty sure you can find far better places to stay in Abu Dhabi within this price range. The staff had a “stay if you want” attitude, with no sense of customer service at all. There was a rude lady at the reception counter and a man at the entrance/valet parking area who was shouting at guests. The Wi-Fi barely had any signal, and the rooms were old and outdated. All of this for 165 AED. What a chaotic place to stay. I’m honestly surprised that this kind of customer service still survives. Sorry to say all of this, but I hope this review helps others before they book their stay here.

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The location was convenient for exploring the city with easy access to nearby attractions restaurants and shopping areas. The rooms were comfortable and the overall service was good. A special thanks to Rajin from the Bell Desk who was very helpful friendly and attentive throughout my stay. Had such a great experience thanks to our waiter, Kaung! He was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel so welcomed throughout the meal. The service was smooth and professional from start to finish. The food was absolutely delicious everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can really tell the restaurant cares about quality. Kaung’s recommendations were excellent and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for both the amazing food and outstanding service!
