This was truly an unforgettable hotel experience. Everything exceeded my expectations, from the room facilities to the beautiful hotel environment. What impressed me the most was the warmth and hospitality of the staff, which made me feel genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. At the end of my visit, the front desk staff even gave me an adorable little lion as a gift, which was such a lovely surprise and made me very happy. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely love to come back again in the future.

My husband and I just spent 9 perfect days at the Ritz Carlton. |I had emailed in advance to say my husband was celebrating his retirement and also our 44th anniversary. We were welcomed by the lovely Praju who said you will find a few surprises in your room (see the photos). We were truly wowed!|We spent most days at the pool where we were treated like royalty by Ibrahim and Babu. They do everything for you. Also Rafiq checking everything is good. |Janak and Zain from the pool bar took care of our drinks orders.|We were half board dine around which was amazing.|We decided to dine at the Forge on our anniversary and it was so lovely the effort they put in for us. The table was decorated with rose petals. It was beautiful.|The other restaurants were equally great. Li Jiang was my favourite. Had a lovely chat with Vishwandra, a lovely young man. |Giornotte the buffet restaurant provided a spectacular breakfast and lovely evening meals.|We were so sad to leave. We have stayed in many hotels across the world but the staff at the Ritz Carlton are without doubt the most caring people we have ever had the privilege of meeting.|We will definitely be back.|Alison and Charlie.

Great hotel, lovely location, close to the Grand Mosque. Impeccable cleanliness. Food is excellent, swimming pool and beach. The rooms are very nice and well kept. The staff was amazing. Every interaction was positive. The lounge was excellent and staff was very helpful. Diego and Frank were very accommodating and did an excellent job.

We had an amazing stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi. The grand lobby with its stunning chandeliers creates a fantastic first impression, and the views from the room and also especially of the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque at night—are simply breathtaking. The hotel offers a great selection of high-end restaurants, and the food at the Punjabi restaurant was absolutely delicious. The breakfast spread was outstanding, with an excellent variety and quality that catered to every taste. The beautifully illuminated landscape at night adds to the charm of the property. A special thank you to the front desk team for their warm hospitality. They kindly arranged an early check-in, late check-out, and upgraded us to a sea-view room at no extra cost, which made our stay even more memorable. The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help. The rooms are spacious, elegant, and very comfortable, and the huge swimming pool was another highlight of our stay.

Whether you're visiting for business or just taking a pleasure holiday, this place is in the perfect spot for a great getaway. The building itself is a total work of art—so much gorgeous marble and luxury finishes everywhere you look. It’s basically a massive resort, but still feels quiet and peaceful with literally everything you need right inside. The staff are super nice and the service is spot on. Some of the restaurants even have Michelin stars, and the buffet breakfast is honestly outstanding. The rooms are huge and really comfortable, and the pool and other amenities cover everything you could possibly imagine. An incredible experience all around!

We booked two rooms for one night, and overall, we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the room service was excellent and our kids enjoyed the place and the large size pool. A special thank you to Ms. Anjali for making our check-in so smooth and welcoming. I would also like to thank Mr. Andles (I hope I have his name right), who was incredibly helpful at reception and went above and beyond to assist us with our rooms. Both of them made us feel genuinely welcomed. The only disappointing part of our stay was the breakfast. The service was very slow—I had to ask for my drink four times before finally receiving it after speaking to the breakfast manager. The omelet was also quite tasteless. I also requested sliced avocado three times, and when it finally arrived, I was genuinely surprised by the quality. The avocado had large dark brown patches throughout, appeared bruised and overripe, and was clearly not fresh enough to be served. This is not the level of quality I would expect from a hotel of this standard. What made this even more disappointing is that I have stayed at The Ritz-Carlton Ras Al Khaimah, Al Wadi Desert on several occasions, where every breakfast experience has been exceptional. The food quality, freshness, attentiveness of the staff, and overall service have always been impeccable. Based on those experiences, I naturally expected a similar standard here, which unfortunately was not the case. Apart from the breakfast, everything else was excellent. I truly appreciate the hospitality of the staff, especially Ms. Anjali and Mr. Andles, and I hope the hotel improves the breakfast quality and service because it would make the overall experience perfect.

Wonderful Stay and Truly Outstanding Service We had a wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton Abu Dhabi, Grand Canal. The hotel is beautiful, elegant and peaceful, with impressive interiors, lovely gardens, a fantastic pool and a great location. What made the biggest difference for us was the service. Whenever something needed attention, the team reacted immediately and resolved it quickly, professionally and with genuine care. This level of responsiveness made us feel truly valued as guests. The staff were excellent throughout the hotel — especially by the pool, in the restaurants and during breakfast. Everyone was attentive, friendly and always ready to help. Breakfast was another highlight: a very good selection, excellent quality and a relaxing atmosphere. The pool area and gardens are especially beautiful and make the hotel feel like a true resort. A luxurious hotel is important, but what really creates a memorable stay is the people — and here the team made a real difference. We left with a very positive impression and would gladly return. Highly recommended.
