I travelled solo and stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall. The service was excellent on the cold night I arrived, the staff provided an oil‑filled heater for my room. The room itself was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the shower worked well. The only downside was the iron: when I tried to iron my dress, it burned a hole in it. I take responsibility for this, but I mention it because the iron is not a proper steam iron, and I assumed it would be fine. I did the morning tour of the Taj and returned just after 12; the hotel was very relaxed about the checkout time and gave me plenty of time to gather my things. I would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Fairfield by Marriott Agra. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and conveniently located near the Taj Mahal and other attractions. The rooms were comfortable, spacious, and equipped with all the essential amenities. Also few rooms have amazing view of Taj Mahal which makes my stay wonderful. The staff members were courteous, professional, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Specially thanks to Reshmi, who helped through out my stay. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of options, and the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Agra.

Stayed at Fairfield by Marriott Agra and overall had a very comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel is located in a convenient area with good connectivity to major tourist attractions like Taj Mahal, Agra Fort, local markets, and nearby restaurants, making it a good choice for both tourists and business travelers. The rooms are modern, clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities like comfortable beds, quality toiletries, tea/coffee maker, Wi-Fi, work desk, and good air conditioning. Housekeeping services were prompt and the overall ambience of the hotel felt peaceful and professional. The in-house restaurant serves a nice variety of breakfast and meals with both Indian and international options. Breakfast buffet had decent variety, and dishes like North Indian curries, fresh bakery items, and desserts were quite enjoyable. Staff members at the restaurant and reception were polite, helpful, and professional throughout the stay. Check-in and check-out processes were smooth as well. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, parking, elevator access, room service, and business facilities add to the convenience. Security arrangements also seemed good for families and solo travelers. Overall, Fairfield by Marriott Agra offers a comfortable stay with good hospitality, modern amenities, and excellent location advantages. A reliable option for travelers visiting Agra.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The overall service was disappointing, and the facilities did not meet basic expectations. The cleanliness, staff behaviour, and customer service need significant improvement. Considering the price charged, the experience was absolutely not worth it. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should take customer feedback seriously and improve the quality of service.

An exceptional 4-day stay that truly felt like home. What made it special wasn't just the comfort, but the people behind it. A heartfelt appreciation to Head Chef Aswin Ji, whose passion, creativity, and remarkable knowledge of food are reflected in every dish and in the culture of excellence he has built with his team. A big thank you to Ashwini, Sahil, Priya, and Sunder Ji for their warm hospitality, prompt service, and genuine care that made every interaction memorable. Hospitality at its finest. Looking forward to coming back soon 😊

I am currently staying at the Fairfield marriott Agra for 3 nights. To start, the service prior to checking in was amazing. They were able to connect us with a tour guide and driver to get us to and from the Taj Mahal and New Delhi airport. The tour service, driver, and guide were a 10/10! Now for the hotel… We arrived super late the first night (around 11pm) and quickly ordered food after an 8 hour travel day. The appetizer we ordered was completely wrong. However, we are not picky, so I simply called and let the staff know it was wrong, and they could take it back if needed. They informed me it would just be take off the bill. Not a huge issue! Day 2, we go for breakfast and are rudely greeted by a women at the lounge reception. We make a plate of food from the buffet just to find out it was all cold. It took 25 minutes for me to get a coffee, and the dining room was not busy. I had to order it twice. I let the staff know we no longer wanted daily breakfast, and to instead grant me welcome points. The chef came up to our room (after they called apologizing 2 times) which was nice but not necessary. We did not want breakfast anymore, as we ended up finding a cafe for coffee and breakfast instead. We then ordered stir fried noodles for lunch, and my friend got (what we think was) food poisoning from the noodles, or ice. We had dinner outside of the hotel after that! That brings us to day 3, we did not want breakfast or food from the hotel, but they insisted we eat something. My friend has been sick for 2 days now, so I ordered a vegetable sandwich and toast for her, which they informed me was only a breakfast item so no toast. We instead ordered her a hazneut and bnana sandwhich (in white bread not sure how there was no toast) In addition to an orange juice. They waited 35 minutes and delivered only 1 sandwich and after another 15 minutes we called to ask about the juice, which they informed us they don’t have. Finally, I go down to settle my bill, we stayed 3 nights at 56$ a night USD, in addition to the expected $200 for the Taj Mahal tickets and driver service, and food. So all around $408 usd (which was a bit higher than I expected but not much so no worries on that end. However their system would NOT let me charge my Marriott credit card. It kept saying “routing error” which means I do not get my bonvoy extra points even though this card has been on file.
