I recently stayed at this hotel expecting basic 3-star standards, but the cleanliness was an absolute joke. Here is what I encountered during my stay: Dust & Dirt Everywhere: The glass tabletop, wooden shelves, and wardrobe corners were covered in thick layers of dust and hair. It clearly hasn't been wiped down in weeks. Filthy Appliances: The mini-fridge/appliance top was filthy and caked in dirt, and loose wires were left dangling in filthy, uncleaned corners behind furniture. Rusted Trash Can: The dustbin provided in the room was rusted, stained, and looked completely unhygienic. Uncleaned Floors: Corner floors and skirting boards were accumulated with grime and debris instead of being swept or mopped. Basic hygiene is the bare minimum expected from any hotel, let alone a rated 3-star property. Extremely poor housekeeping and maintenance. I would strong advise travellers to look elsewhere.

Rooms are very small. No proper lighting inside room, too dark. Very old bed and bedsheets. In some rooms Faucets are not properly working. TV is not working and it is useless. Water leaking from windows. Not ok to stay here. This hotel is not worth even after spending more money.

Taj heights is a good hotel in agra. Room neat and clean spacious bathroom. Toiletries available in washroom my family enjoy th trip witb this hotel.

After staying at this hotel, I have serious doubt about those who left the review.Cityview... first room cityview was wall of next building fully covering the windows and within 30 cm reach. 2nd room was much better because the wall of the building was still blocking all the view but it was out of reach. Shower no warm water, reported it and he answered with give me 30 min, after that i never heard anything back. On second day i reported it again, the repair was someone who walked with me to the room to ascertain the issue, then called the servicedesk. After that all I got the folllowing...wait for 2 or 5 of 10 minutes.... I did and unfortunately still no warm water. The sink was also broken. In the room I also smelled some smoke, I don't think the ventilation of hotel is working properly. Bedsheets are probably not properly cleaned, cause there were some stain and bit yellowish.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed. No proper service, worst management. Only staff boys and dining area boys need Tip, nothing else. And no hot water, AC is worst. Pathetic environment. I would urge everyone please don't book this hotel at all. Staff people comes to your room for any problem at any odd time which is not at all a good hospitality and ambience worst. Very unprofessional behaviour.

The hotel was not that clean. Rooms were small, paint was coming down. Bed was not so comfortable. Worst part was rest room quality, which was worst maintained and water leakage was found. There was no hot water available in shower, upon request they provided one bucket of water in room. (refer pics for more details). While booking there was complimentary breakfast, but no buffet, all days only common menu only poha and puri baji. Not recommended for stay. Advantage is just 2 km from taj mahal

A hotel claiming to be a 3 star and not providing a thing as basic as a toothbrush is absolutely shocking. The amenities such as fridges in rooms and the hotel lift also needs better maintenance. Overall I've had much better experiences.
