Location wise, Ambience wise very good. Staff was so helpful. We stayed in presidential suite for 2 days and we received a very warm welcome and stay there after. Special thanks to Chef Sachin for going mile for us.

The best hotel I’ve visited in India. Everything was at a high level: welcoming and helpful staff, cleanliness, security and really tasty food with a wide variety of options at the buffet breakfast. A view of the Taj Mahal from the rooftop and from some rooms is a big advantage.

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights and even tho the hotel is not upto the standards of Radisson but the staff of the kitchen especially chef Sachin has been extremely professional and polite and attended to all our requests very politely. Would also like to mention about Sameer who’s the manager of the restaurant, he has been very helpful for us and helped us a lot with everything we required.

We had an amazing stay at Radisson Blu Agra. The rooms were spotless, shining clean, and very comfortable, which made our stay truly relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with many good options to choose from, and a special thanks to Chef Sachin, who prepared everything beautifully and with great care. Restaurant supervisor Saurabh also paid great attention to the satisfaction of the guests.The quality and presentation of the food really stood out. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and we felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Agra.

Our stay at Radisson Blu Agra was absolutely wonderful and truly luxurious. The rooms were impeccably clean, shining, and beautifully maintained, offering a very comfortable and relaxing experience. Breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of high-quality options. A special mention to Chef Sachin, who prepared everything with great care and finesse — the food was delicious and thoughtfully presented. We would also like to commend Restaurant Supervisor Saurabh, who was extremely attentive, professional, and ensured that everything ran seamlessly. During my stay on 03/12/2025, the overall service experience was significantly below expected standards. Several key issues require attention: Staff Professionalism: Interactions with personnel were unsatisfactory, exhibiting a notable lack of professionalism and courtesy. Service Quality and Efficiency: Service delivery was consistently characterized by substantial delays and poor execution, negatively impacting the experience. In-Room Amenities: A specific concern was the state of the provided room amenities, including the presence of broken water bottles, which compromises guest safety and comfort. I strongly recommend a review of staff training and quality control measures to ensure that service standards and basic amenity provision meet guest expectations.
