Stayed 3 nights for the Easter weekend. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent location, walking distance into the heart of Airlie Beach. Room was very clean, plenty of kitchen appliances to do your own cooking, fantastic views.

Lovely place run by lovely people. Clean. Close to town. Everything you need and a fantastic price. There are other accommodation providers in the Whitsunday region that could take a leaf out of their book.

We stayed there for four nights - Good value for money and we had a wonderful view of the bay. It was in a great location close to the the marina - great if you have a few cruises booked. Reception was very friendly. Does seem to be some cost cutting that could be felt - we only had a single toilet roll provided to us, and told we would need to supply the rest for the rest of our stay. Also, the couch was uncomfortable. We had some issues with the fire alarms, which woke us up three/four times in one night. However, they were able to resolve it and it did not bother us for rest of the nights. Be mindful - a very steep driveway, so be careful going out and in it seemed quite a few cars go too fast and scrap the underside of their car.

We loved our stay in this beautiful apartment. It was fully equipped and very clean and comfortable. Great shower too, plus a washing machine and tumble dryer. There's a nice pool and you can sit and watch the sun set from the balcony. The property managers were exceptionally helpful and so lovely. The apartment is also within a short walking distance of the ferry port which was an added bonus. Airlie Beach, again within walking distance, is a nice small town with plenty of shops and restaurants.

The best service I ever had. The hotel boss and staff are so friendly and helpful. They offered us with lots of convenience but a very reasonable price. What we received was much more than we paid. Meanwhile, they helped us book all the tours, shared their valuable experience, and always answered our questions quickly with suggestion and patience. The rooms were large, clean, comfortable with all the necessary appliances. It’s as comfortable as my own home but with an amazing sea view and relaxing atmosphere. It’s close to the town centre, wharfs, and we didn’t have to use our car. Thought it’s the first time I came here, I felt a sense of valuable friendship, mutual trust & understanding. The boss and staff were willing to make all their effort to offer a happy customer experience .Strongly recommend for everyone, especially families. Loves, Sally

The room was as expected for the price we paid. The beds were hard. The Air con was great, and the appliances were in good working order and came to good use. Good location, however, the steep hill was a hike. If you are booking day cruises from the port of Airlie it's only a 5-minute walk. There is a lot of noise from neighbours; windows/walls do not block out noise very well. Could also hear footsteps from rooms above. The owners were nice and welcoming. We were here for 9 nights and they offered to change sheets 1/2 way through the stay. However, they only provided 2 toilet paper rolls for the stay (self-contained apartments).
