We had such an amazing stay at Whitsunday Terraces Resort and honestly couldn’t fault it. The views from the resort are absolutely breathtaking — waking up to the ocean view every morning was a highlight of our trip. The reception staff were incredible and made our stay so easy and enjoyable, especially Charli who went above and beyond to help us. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming and happy to assist with anything we needed. They also helped us organise and book tours for the day, which made everything stress-free. The kids absolutely loved the pool and spa and spent hours enjoying them every day. The location was perfect too — within walking distance to everything including restaurants, shops and the marina, which made getting around so convenient. Our room was very clean, modern and comfortable with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Airlie Beach!

We had the most beautiful stay! The location is so accessible to all the shops, lagoon pool and marina that made all our family activities easy with the kids. The view is beautiful and the pool area gets sun all day. Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable with a balcony facing out over the marina that we were able to sit out and enjoy every day. We were provided with both bath and pool towels too which was an extra comfort. Great stay!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Whitsundays Terrace Resort and couldn't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the reception team, who always went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The views from the resort are simply breathtaking and never get old, whether you're enjoying your morning coffee or watching the sunset. The pool and bar area were a real highlight, providing the perfect place to relax and soak up the Whitsundays atmosphere. The location is outstanding, with easy walking access to the Main Street, restaurants, shops, and the marina, making it incredibly convenient for families and holidaymakers alike. Our kids had an absolute blast spending hours in the pool and spa every day, and it was great having such family-friendly facilities right at our doorstep. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The generous room sizes and facilities made travelling with children easy and enjoyable. Thank you to the entire team at Whitsundays Terrace Resort for helping create such wonderful family memories. We can't wait to return!

I asked for a room without a rooftop right below it and got exactly what I didn’t want. The view was still OK, but wish I could’ve got better. The hours of the office are very short not that late of check-in and not that early checkout, it worked out just fine for us just a warning. It doesn’t come with Wi-Fi, which I found odd considering what you pay for a room like this. The furniture in the living room and on the patio is quite low so when you’re sitting outside on the patio, you can’t see over the concrete wall to see the ocean well. It could use some freshening up in my opinion. Easy walk to the beach in downtown. Whether we would stay here again or not is still up in the air. There was no hand soap in the bathroom or kitchen. There was a all-in-one shampoo and conditioner, and small old school bottles. They paid a little more attention to some details. It would be so much better. It’s all in the small details, Internet, hand soap, separate shampoo and conditioner. Better patio furniture and not just two love seats, buddy normal couch that seats three people. Simple stuff that makes a more comfortable stay.

We recently stayed at this Resort, and overall, it was a pleasant experience with a few areas for improvement. The location is fantastic — you can enjoy beautiful views from almost every room, which really adds to the stay. The property offers both studio and one-bedroom apartments, which is very convenient for different types of travellers. The basic setup and furnishings were comfortable and well thought out. We also enjoyed the swimming pool area — it’s a lovely space to relax, especially during a holiday. However, there were a few things that could be improved. The cleanliness could be better — for example, the toaster was not clean when we arrived. The dustbin provided was quite small for a multi-day stay, and since housekeeping is not included for stays under five days (which wasn’t clearly communicated to us), it became a bit inconvenient. Additionally, for any extra items like bin bags or other essentials, we had to go to reception each time, as there was no proactive service or check-in from the staff. We also noticed a gap under the door, which allowed insects (and even a lizard) to try and enter the room — something that could be easily fixed for better comfort and safety. Overall, we had a good stay, especially considering it was a busy public holiday period. With a few small improvements in cleanliness, communication, and maintenance, this property could offer an even better experience.

这里为您提供一份表达地道、语气客观但有力度的英文表达，非常适合用于 Booking、Agoda 或 Google Review 等平台： Great location with an ocean-view balcony. While the price was on the higher side, the overall experience was quite disappointing. Key issues included: * Poor soundproofing: I could hear normal conversations from both neighboring rooms, and even the sound of cutlery scraping on plates next door. * Weak Wi-Fi: The signal in the room was extremely weak and often couldn't be detected at all. * Subpar bathroom facilities: The shower water turned cold mid-wash. No body wash was provided—only two small bars of soap—and the facilities felt very outdated. * Inadequate bedding: There was no proper duvet or comforter, only a small blanket in the closet that wasn't big enough for two people. It got quite chilly at night. * Poor communication: Prior to check-in, they mentioned they could help book a shuttle bus. However, after we requested it, it took them three days to reply. In the end, we had to arrange it ourselves after landing.

We loved the views from our balcony. The kitchen had nothing to cook with apart from a microwave, toaster and jug. Nice big fridge and cutlery. Good size room and comfy bed. Bathroom was dated but was clean and worked. Air conditioning filter hadn’t been cleaned in years and luckily didn’t need to use it. Overall great location close to restaurants, pubs and sailing club, good price and friendly staff. Not recommended for elderly or disabled due to steps and hill (no lift).

Great location and view. Anchor bar is located the same location. Few minutes walk to the beach and restaurants. Do note that the stairs are narrow and you carry your own things Parking is limited. As it is up on the hill, walking down is ok, expect a steep walk back up. Good exercise! No wifi except the pool area/reception Checking in and out is easy. We called the line connected to the manager and she was very helpful.
