Very mixed feelings about this one. It’s definitely overpriced and not a resort. Quality is unfortunately not corresponding to the price we paid. For the same price we stayed in 4* hotel with the sea view and delicious breakfast in the Puglia region. As to this place - The surrounding is nice. It’s located around olive trees but only reachable by car. There is pool but it wasn’t super clean at the time of our stay. I wouldn’t go in. The room and bathroom are old and require an upgrade. There is no heating in the room (even though it’s included on the booking.com) It was very cold during the night - 10 degrees outside - and we could not turn on the heater. Breakfast is basic. Overall, I’d be a nice place to stay if the price was much lower.

I have mixed feelings about this place. First and foremost it is not a resort. It's a gated villa split into rooms, has its own parking and a pool. From the exterior it is beautiful. From the interior it is ok. The beds are very uncomfortable spring mattresses and the bathroom needs an upgrade or some maintenance at the very least. The breakfast offered here is fresh & local, but I wouldn't call it abundant. No warm food, not even eggs and you need to plan for an early breakfast because a lot of the items do not get replenished. The coffee is good, but then again they're Italian. The hosts are really nice and helpful but unfortunately that is only part of the experience.

(Translated by Google) I've stayed in three disastrous hotels in my life: this is the third. Let's start with the positives: the location is perfect, the exterior is pretty, everything is clean, the breakfast is good, and the ladies who serve it are very kind. However: The quadruple room is in the attic, completely dark (two small windows), the soundproofing is terrible, and we were woken up at 5 a.m. both mornings by birds and rodents scratching on the roof. The refrigerator made a racket as if the wind were blowing through the apartment. The TV is ridiculous, the beds (two camp beds) are all spring mattresses, and since it was raining, it was cold at night (15 degrees Celsius outside during the day and 10 at night). We asked for the heating to be turned on. At first, the owner refused, claiming it was a B&B and that if the police came, they would be responsible. After checking and reviewing the photos in the Booking.com listing, he confirmed that heating was indeed provided, which is supposed to be individual heating, not a shared system that he locks. He ended up turning it on for us in the evening. We wanted to change our plans and leave because the photos didn't match those on the Booking.com website, but he wouldn't let us cancel. Oh, and to top it all off, his work calls on speakerphone starting at 8 am! In short, we don't recommend this place, but we found plenty of other exceptional options.

(Translated by Google) The location is magnificent, nestled in the heart of olive groves, giving it an authentic and very peaceful charm. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and very quiet. It's an extension attached to the main trulli house, which adds to the character of the place. There's a large swimming pool and private parking. | Breakfast is very good with a nice selection of sweet and savory options. The lady in the kitchen, Anna Maria, is particularly kind and helpful, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The welcome, in general, is warm and attentive. Moreover, the location is ideal, just a 5-minute drive from Alberobello. | One small drawback: the mattress. For heavier people, it might lack comfort. Tip: asking for a thick duvet to place under the sheet can improve the sleeping experience. Also worth noting is a problem with the hot water temperature in the shower. | Overall, a very pleasant stay in a typical and relaxing setting.

(Translated by Google) I stayed at the Nuova Aia Resort last weekend for the Putignano Carnival, which is about 15 km away, and I had a truly wonderful time. The location was extremely convenient for those, like me, who want to visit the area and participate in the various festive events without sacrificing the peace and quiet of the night. The rooms and bathrooms were impeccably clean, spacious, and, above all, immaculately clean—an aspect I consider absolutely essential for a pleasant stay. The English-style breakfast, incredibly plentiful, varied, and meticulously prepared, was a pleasant surprise: perfect for starting the day with the right energy before immersing ourselves in the merriment of the carnival floats! There's a large covered parking lot outside, very convenient and secure, and we were promptly given the keys and remote control for the automatic gate, allowing us to access the property completely independently. A special thanks goes to the lady who welcomed us so warmly: helpful, friendly, and very cordial, she made us feel at home right away. It's definitely an excellent property that I highly recommend and will keep in mind for my stays in this area. 😊
