Fantastic location and good value for money compared to most other central hotels. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. It is a very old building, and it is a more budget hotel so I feel a lot of the previous reviews are unfair. Would stay again!

The location is incredible right in the old town however it doesn’t ever really get quiet especially with windows open. The rest of the hotel was outdated and dirty. It is in desperate need of updating from the rooms themselves to the corridors and ‘reception’ area. There were questionable stains over all the walls and dust in every corner. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and dirty and the bathroom door did not shut properly. The carpet on the stairs was old, worn and also stained. In the room there was an ac unit but with no remote in the room to turn it on. For 2 people we were given one sachet of shower gel and on sachet of shampoo. The breakfast was not worth the €8 when you received 1/3 of a baguette and a croissant.

The location could not be any better and the service was excellent. The hotel obviously is in need of renovation but that is reflected in the price.

Firstly the positives. The receptionist is super helpful and friendly and the breakfast was simple but tasty. The main positive is the location. Right in front of the old town and a short walk to the lake. Unfortunately the other reviews on here are right- the rooms are a throwback to a guest house in the 1980s at best. Our room had comfy beds but very outdated furniture and bathroom, In massive need of a makeover.

This is a very simple hotel in a fantastic location. Close to a several restaurants. Room with a bathroom (toilet, sink, and shower). Place to put clothes. No cattle or coffeemaker. My parking, in a nearby parkade, was paid, which is bety good!!.

The hotel is very old, paciente with only the necessary. Didnt have convinient electricity conectors. Gentle pernsonel. Location is definitely the best, right in the middle of the historic center. Not good for people with dissabilities or families. I would say a simple place for a couple or just traveling solo

I am regular traveller but this is worst experience of my life, room was very dirty and experience, i paid 169 euro for single night but after booking I had wait 45 minutes for check-in, surroundings of the room smelly, even when I entered in the room I feel whole room filled with toilet smell, location of the hotel is very good but need to reconstruct of this building, no WiFi facilities, even SIM card signal were not proper in the room, mattresses was not comfortable, no proper cleaning, no exhaust in the room, no toilet sandals were available in the room. Power plugs in the room are not at proper place. Disgusting 🫣

Can’t even find the entrance at the beginning. The whole building needs to be rebuilt and the structure is definitely falling apart. It’s so crooked that it gives your brain delusion and makes you uncomfortable in the building. The hallway was very complex and small. Extremely humid too. Our room was a three people bedroom, humid, crooked floor, difficult to ventilate and hot. We left the windows open for an hour thinking it might work but unfortunately we returned back to the same room with bad ventilation as the windows are facing courtyard of many restaurants. You can imagine the heat from their kitchen. Doors are slamming easily and toilet door is broken. The whole house is in a very bad shape and it shouldn’t be an accommodation legally speaking. So we have no choice but to find another place which is much better for 140 euro. We didn’t get any refund. If you like haunted looking hotel/ bad surprises, this is for you.
