This hotel is amazing, very well equipped. The staff are all amazing and so very friendly. We was greeted at the front door and took to the room. The manager took our bags and cases for us. It was so nice that even the staff could translate for us so we could have conversations with other residents where there was a language barrier. There was no issues in this hotel what so ever

We stayed at this place because of agents arrangement and we were disappointed of our experience. The primary problem was bed bug as we were bitten during our stay here. The other problems are minor and may be of preference such as finishes and services etc. I would recommend to think carefully and check with them about the bed bug problem before you book here.

We stayed here while getting my teeth done at Dentsun international.|Lovely little hotel really friendly staff good size apart hotel.|Unfortunately we had two Welsh women who had zero manners, one women who said she was 64 health visitor was stealing the staffs cakes, one time she got caught it was soo embaressing.|The sister who said she was 51 was definitely in her 70s they wanted anything for free.|They went out drinking with a ex prisoner and druggie, but he bought them drinks total embaressment.|They kept the sunbeds would not share horrible old girls greedy.|I could tell they were very jealous ppl brought up from poverty as they said there father gambled every penny.|tmi to be honest.|Would of been alot nicer without them.On the last day my husband saved our beds so we could get a little sun as there was only a very small area that actually got the sun. They moved our beds out.My husband didnt tell me at the time as he didnt want arguments.|If this is what the nhs health visitors are about its unbelievable they got drunk every night drinking in there room.|Hotel does not allow alcohol.

We stayed at the city moonlight Hotel for 10 days and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had a great atmosphere throughout our stay. What really stood out was the exceptional service at the reception. The staff were always helpful, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed — truly professional and friendly. Every morning, breakfast was a delight, thanks to the two lovely and smiley girls who prepared it with care. They always greeted us with kindness and made sure we got exactly what we wanted to eat, adding a personal and warm touch to the start of each day. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a pleasant and well-managed place to stay

The indoor pool was not clean and the sauna was visible for everyone to see with glass door. Didn’t have hair dryer. The toilet didn’t work for few days. The shower water was so weak and didn’t drain properly. Made it hard to shower. The place was clean but pretty cold without air conditioning. The hotel is in middle of apartments. No view. The room had nice interior. The manager and staffs were not helpful. Seemed rude. Also didn’t have glass cups and had paper cups. Didn’t like this hotel at all considering the price.

I didn't feel welcome anytime. I think the owner is the people work there and they think is they house no a hotel. My 6-year-old autistic son peed in the pool. We were embarrassed by the situation and tried to explain, but we were forced to leave the pool, arguing that it needed to be cleaned. The children were so frightened by the treatment we received that they didn't want to be in the hotel anymore. The kitchen, is open plan to the restaurant, has no exhaust fan, and they don't open the door or windows. The smell in the restaurant is nauseating. What can I say about the staff? I never saw a smile, and they never greeted us. What can I say about the location? There's a mosque across the street and a tower with loudspeakers, which shout prayers repeatedly day and night. I woke up in the middle of the night, disoriented because I didn't understand at first. It can be heard from miles away, so imagine the noise just a few meters away in the middle of the night. Apartment hotel? There was one pot, no knives or kitchen utensils. Nothing to clean, not even a broom. Cameras all over the hotel. Be sure you are being watched by the grumpy receptionist all day.

The hotel is not maintained. In our room the balcony door was broken, bathroom door handle was broken and the shower room was not clean. Breakfast was one of the modest we have seen in years. Personnel assisted only when you required somtehing. The location is quite good nearby the old town.

The hotel is in walking distance to a main shopping mall and the old town. It is easy to get to places from the hotel and taxis, trams and buses are all close by. The room is an excellent size and facilities are brilliant. The bed is comfortable, the seating area is also great for relaxing and the bathroom is modern and well equipped. We also had a small kitchenette and this had everything we needed. The service and staff was welcoming and helpful. Questions, queries and requests were never a problem and eagerly responded to. This is a really wonderful little hotel and we would stay again, if we return to Antalya.
