ABSOLUTELY DISGRACEFUL HOTEL! RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF AND A COMPLETELY RUINED 40TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION! If I could give Fame Residence MINUS 10 STARS, I WOULD! I am absolutely disgusted by the way we were treated. I have never experienced anything so appalling at a hotel in my life! We were a group of 4 couples travelling together to celebrate a special 40th birthday. What should have been an amazing holiday filled with celebrations and happy memories turned into an absolute nightmare because of the way Fame Residence handled our arrival! When we arrived, 3 out of the 4 couples were told they had to pay an additional €200 PER DAY because Stayforlong had apparently not paid the hotel for our bookings. THE MOST UNBELIEVABLE PART IS THAT WE HAD A HOTEL VOUCHER CONFIRMING THE PAYMENT HAD BEEN MADE, AS WELL AS OUR OFFICIAL BOOKING CONFIRMATION! We had the documentation to prove our bookings were confirmed and paid for, yet the hotel still insisted that we pay AGAIN! What more proof did they want from us? How can a hotel issue or accept booking documentation confirming payment and then demand hundreds of euros from guests when they arrive? Absolutely outrageous! Instead of showing any understanding or trying to help, the staff kept arguing with us and pressuring us to hand over more money! We were exhausted, stressed and completely shocked by the way we were being treated. What made the situation even more concerning was that they wanted us to hand over this money WITHOUT EVEN PROVIDING A RECEIPT! How can a hotel expect guests to pay hundreds of euros without giving them any proper proof of payment? Absolutely disgraceful! To make matters worse, we were actually told that THIS HAD HAPPENED BEFORE! So the hotel was already aware that similar problems had occurred in the past, yet guests were still being put through the same nightmare! We had been awake since 3AM, travelling for what was supposed to be a special celebration, only to be met with arguments, demands for money and completely unacceptable treatment. WE DID NOT GET OUR ROOMS UNTIL 7PM! Imagine paying for a holiday, having your hotel voucher and booking confirmation in hand, arriving exhausted and excited to celebrate a milestone birthday, and then spending the entire day arguing over money you should never have been asked to pay in the first place! WHERE WAS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE? WHERE WAS THE PROFESSIONALISM? WHERE WAS THE BASIC RESPECT FOR PAYING GUESTS? Any payment dispute between Fame Residence and Stayforlong should have been resolved between those two businesses, NOT taken out on guests who had already paid and had the paperwork to prove it! Although the hotel manager eventually helped resolve the situation, that does not excuse the appalling way we were treated beforehand. By then, the damage was already done, our first day was wasted and the excitement of our birthday celebration had been completely destroyed. Fame Residence, you should be absolutely ashamed of how your guests were treated! We came to celebrate a 40th birthday, not to be confronted with demands for extra money, arguments and unnecessary stress! We spent our hard-earned money on this holiday, and instead of being welcomed and looked after, we were made to feel completely helpless. This is NOT how any reputable hotel should treat its guests! I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND FAME RESIDENCE TO ANYONE AFTER THIS EXPERIENCE! I genuinely hope management takes this complaint seriously because no guest deserves to be treated this way. A hotel is supposed to make guests feel welcome, safe and comfortable, not pressured into handing over hundreds of euros without a receipt! YOU RUINED WHAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN A ONCE-IN-A-LIFETIME 40TH BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION, AND THAT IS SOMETHING WE WILL NEVER FORGET! ABSOLUTELY APPALLING! NEVER AGAIN! ONE STAR IS FAR TOO GENEROUS!

I am staying at Fame Residence Lara & Spa and overall it is a fantastic place. Everything is beautiful, the hotel is very clean, the atmosphere is pleasant, and the weather makes the stay even more enjoyable. The staff is friendly and professional, and honestly there is nothing to complain about when it comes to the hotel service — everything is truly top class. The food is also fantastic. There is an incredible variety of dishes to choose from, so nobody will leave hungry. Everything is served at a very high standard and you can really feel the quality in every meal. The only thing I would improve is the music played by the DJ at the pool area. Most of the time, the music is extremely calm and sleepy — more like background music for a waiting room or a beauty salon. Instead of creating a fun holiday atmosphere, it makes people feel tired and almost fall asleep by the pool. I have traveled a lot and stayed in many hotels, and usually the pool music helps create energy, a positive vibe, and encourages people to enjoy themselves more. Here, that feeling is missing. During the water exercise sessions, the DJ plays more lively music and you can immediately feel a better atmosphere around the pool. Music like that, played more often throughout the day, would really help energize the guests and create a more enjoyable holiday mood instead of making everyone feel sleepy. Apart from this issue, everything else about the hotel is truly excellent and I can definitely recommend it.

I would like to say a big Thank You! to all at Fame Residence as you have made out holidays unforgettable. Everyone was doing their best to make sure we were provided with the best service. The food was amazing! The cafes all over the hotel were serving delicious coffee and cakes. The pools catered for everyone's needs. If you like energetic music, it was there for you, however, if u prefer a quiet atmosphere there was also a pool where you could enjoy peace and quiet. The beach next to the hotel was really nice and the life guards were visible all the time. There were many snack bars with great street food and pool bars with amazing drinks 🍸. For us one of the most important things was the short distance from the airport (16km) if we are back in Antalya I will book the same hotel for sure.

Just returned from a week's stay and from start to finish the entire experience was excellent. The rooms were clean and modern, the food options were varied and had something for everyone, the staff were amazing and there are several different pools to enjoy. Special thanks to the Guest Relations team, probably the best guest servcies I've ever dealt with, they went above and beyond to help plan a few surprises for my wife's birthday, incredibly professional and helpful.
