Front desk “Con/John” was really helpful from the moment we entered the hotel to the moment we left. Really thankful as he took his time and tried his best to help us. The room was clean and was cleaned everyday. Sheets and towels were also changed. They also refilled our water, tea, coffee and sugar everyday. Other staff were kind too. We also enjoyed our breakfast, simple yet filling. Really had a great stay.

We were very disappointed with our stay! We stayed there with elderly parents and ,first of all, the first day we reported a broken balcony door in our parents room, they promised to mend it, but they did nothing. However, the overall dismissive staff behaviour we could tolerate. The worst thing happened the next day when we saw a cockroach in the bathroom, reported it immediately and got the answer :"This is Antalya" and that they could have "flew in the room". Since we had elderly parents we did not wanna discomfort them by moving hotels and locked everything in our room, third floor< to avoid seeing cockroach again. But guess what, we saw it 2 days later, this time on our bed! which gave us the worst fear of our life, this meant we had to wash everything and of course this means, hotel couldn't comply to basic safety and hygiene standards. We came down asked for a check out for remaining days and left the hotel right away. We came to Antalya to spend quality time with our elderly parents and instead spent time killing cockroaches and being gaslit by dismissive staff and warring about our health and safety. We stayed in mote tropical climates and never seen such a thing before.

Honest opinion, please read before you book this hotel! I booked this hotel only because of dental treatment .I can only give positive feedback for the location, right next to the sea and room was clean. the employees were not nice and not helpful, only one spoke English and worked nights. The TV was broken. When I asked when it would be fixed, he said he don't know. I had to spend most of the time in my room because I had dental surgery without TV. Only one room card for 2 people, so you must stick together. When leaving the room, you have to take the card with from the reader on the wall. This means that after a few seconds, the electrics will automatically turn off and the air conditioning won't work. So when you return to the room after a few hours, it's like being in a sauna. We asked for an extra card, but they said they didn't have one. No hot water in the morning. Breakfast very, very basic.

Breakfast very nice and the location was excellent. The room itself was average. The washroom was below average, the toilet space was very congested . There was a smell in the lobby. The balcony was too small to sit or stand. Just for the info i paid 255£ for 4 nights. Which is massively overpriced for this property. Based on the property condition, the good value is 125-150£ for 4 nights

I honestly don't understand the negative reviews about this hotel. It's a 2 star but I would easily give it 4 stars. The people at the hotel are all simple and very friendly and helpful. from the cleaning woman to the breakfast lady to the always helpful receptionists. They don't give good service for tips, they give from the heart. Every day the room is super clean, there is always free water every day. See that they do things with the intention of wanting to do them well. We were unlucky that our air conditioning stopped working the same night they gave me another room to sleep with air conditioning. the next day they gave us a superior room and helped us carry our bags. We were super happy and when we return to Antalya it will be again at this hotel where we were so well received.

Don't be fooled by the beautiful photos. The hotel rooms don't look the same. Very outdated and everything is loose or broken.|When we arrived we didn't notice the fantastic service. We had a room on the 6th floor, but we were not told that the last floor is only accessible via the stairs.|The room smells incredibly strongly of sewage. This was a smell that kept coming back throughout the week.|They don't clean the floors either during housekeeping.|There is only one elevator that is used by the staff (kitchen, housekeeping) and all guests from 6 different floors|We were charged too much, but to date (a month later) this amount has still not been paid back. We are constantly referred from one person to another. A manager is also NEVER available. You get a person on whatsapp but after a couple messages, they just point blake ignore you.|In my opinion these are modern day SCAM practices. They try to do everything they can to avoid paying you back.|Our experience is not very pleasant and I do not understand where all these positive reviews come from. I don't believe this is from real guests.

The hotel was extremely dirty. We found a cockroach in the room, which is completely unacceptable and shows a serious lack of cleanliness and hygiene standards
