The hotel is really beautiful, and the team is very welcoming and respectful. They speak very good English, and everything was clear from the beginning. You don’t need a key for the room because the door works with a code. Breakfast was very good, and the portions were just right. The location is also great, inside the Old Town and close to the sea and the main street. However, we had some issues with our room. It was on the ground floor, facing the restaurant, so there was no privacy unless we closed the curtains. At night, people talking and music were quite loud, and because the room had poor soundproofing, we could hear everything until around 11 p.m. The rooms are non-smoking, but the smell of cigarettes from people smoking outside still came into our room. The mattress sank too much when we lay on it. The staff turned it over, but it was still the same. The pillows were also far too thin and uncomfortable to sleep on. There was a wardrobe, but it was small and didn’t have enough space for our clothes. We really liked the hotel and the people working there, but these issues affected our comfort, especially when trying to sleep.

An excellent little boutique hotel in the Old Town. Yes, the rooms are small — but this is a very old building, so that's to be expected. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, and the service is exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Dinner and breakfast are available at the on-site restaurant. A special mention to the owner, Utkan — his dedication to customer care is a true rarity these days, not only in Turkey but anywhere in the world. We first stayed here five years ago and were delighted to return. We will certainly be back again. Utkan is a friend of mine now.

Cozy small hotel in kaleici. Walking distance to Hadrian’s gate and marina. Very close to pubs and cafés and restaurants in the old city.We stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment which is away from the reception area. Apartment is a bit dated but clean and spacious. Has a small kitchen with a fridge and microwave and cooktop. They do not stock any tea or coffee satchets , but happily and promptly provided tea bags on request.Apartment has a washing machine which is very useful and they provide liquid detergent. Ironing board and drying rack for laundry.Air conditioning works well. Bathroom shower cubicle a bit cramped and stocked with shower gel and shampoo. The staff of this family run hotel especially Yunus are amazing. They are very quick with their responses and very attentive to ensure the guest’s have a comfortable stay. Yunus ensured that every request was taken care off whether it was for a safe or an extra blanket all done with a smiling face. Would definitely recommend this hotel for their revive and location.

Whoever the restaurant worker was that let me sit in the employee chair on the street and called me a taxi after I had to go to the emergency to get stitches should get a raise or a promotion. This is the type of work that changes 1 star to 5 star reviews, or generates positive reviews where there would otherwise be none. Thank you once again, your kindness made my night much smoother🙏

The hotel is so cozy and warm, feels like home, very clean and quite, the deluxe room was tight for two people, I recommend other types of rooms if you are more than one. The restaurant was so cool, very chill vibe and the food was great. Turkan from reception took really good care of us and made our honeymoon stay memorable, big thanks to her !

This is a very nice hotel with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel itself is in a quiet street, but we had the 2 bedroom with Seaview apartment. This is in a different house, 3 blocks away, right opposite of Yemenli Meyhanesi, which plays very loud live music until 11pm every night. So if you want to go to bed early, better take other rooms in the hotel itself. Still, the apartment is very nice and incredible value for money

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel. We loved our spacious room with its incredible look. It felt like being in a historical suite with a modern touch, simple and beautiful. Thank you to all the staff (and the cats!) who made our stay so special. 😊
