The Sofa Hotel Kaleiçi is in the perfect location in the heart of old town Kaleici to explore all its history and restaurants on foot.|With parking extremely limited in and around the old town, Sofa’s free private parking was such a benefit.|The small parking area is just around the corner from the hotel entrance. |Our double room was a bit on the small side and the furniture a bit worn, however the air conditioning, refrigerator, and wifi worked perfectly. We received 2 complimentary bottles of water daily. Complimentary breakfast was served starting at 8:00 AM and was delicious. |Service received was excellent. Special call out to Sofia for her knowledge of Antalya and surrounding destinations making our day trips so effortless snd memorable. Our Room Attendant/Housekeeper was outstanding, going above and beyond every day to make us feel welcome and a valued guest.|For its location, benefits to value, and service, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Disappointed — promised a second night, then left with 20 minutes to find a room I checked into sofa hotel on Friday and was told a room was available the following night. I would just have to change rooms in the morning which was no problem for me. As a result of their promise, I cancelled my next hotel and rental car, and planned a rest day after a 15-hour travel day. I messaged in the morning asking what time they wanted me to switch rooms. I heard nothing until 11:30, when I was told there were no rooms. Last-minute Saturday availability is scarce and expensive. I had about 20 minutes before checkout to find somewhere else and had to book well over budget. As I was leaving, staff ran up and said they actually did have space but at that point I already booked a non refundable room. The room itself had a light out and a broken toilet seat. There was no apology and no help finding a solution. I book carefully as a solo female traveler and chose this hotel because guests praised the staff. That did not match my experience. I did not feel looked after or safe in the sense of having a reliable place to stay. This cost me the cancelled car, a $100 taxi, an overpriced last-minute room, and the entire rest day I had rearranged my trip for. Mistakes happen; leaving a guest with no plan and no accountability is the problem.

It's a great hotel situated very conveniently in the Old Town area of Antalya I can't fault it too much, the breakfast was great, our rooms were neat and the cleaning lady was friendly. In terms of issues issue I found was our room is extremely hot at the loft area, but the aircons work well once your keycard is locked. Also, the door frames are quite low for taller individuals and you will definitely knock your head if you're on the top room, no matter how hard you try. I wish they had some sort of marker to make it easier to prevent. Then the reason I dropped my review rating was because on our last day we were unable to have the breakfast so they promised to make sandwiches for us. It was absolutely dry and made without any care. Barely any filling. Disappointing

The location is excellent being in the heart of the Old Town. Atmosphere is generally good. The rooms are not the best and need a bit of updating. The family room in particular is very low and not suitable for tall or elderly people. Some staff were friendly but generally they didn’t seem to really care about us (in comparison to other hotels we stayed at in Turkiye during our trip). Rooms were clean. We didn’t have any issues with noise except for the mosque that is nearby. In terms of value, I expected a lot more based on the great reviews.

I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and was very satisfied with my experience. The staff were polite and helpful, and the traditional Turkish breakfast was of high quality. The hotel is well located in the center of the historic Kaleiçi area, with many pubs, cafés, and shops within walking distance. The sea is approximately 1 km from the hotel, and I was able to swim there daily. There is also a nearby park with a pleasant seaside promenade, which was ideal for morning runs. Overall, SOFA Hotel offers a comfortable stay in a convenient location. I can confidently recommend it and would consider staying here again in the future. BR&T , Jack Yevgeniy Kazakhstan 🇰🇿

Had a hiccup in our first night with our room. The male receptionist helped us in getting a new room swiftly. The next day the female manager offered to join our twin beds together which we rly appreciated. Room was great, pretty clean. Breakfast was nice. The unlimited tea and coffee at the lobby was also nice.
