Athens4 is a fantastic hotel. Our room was modestly priced, lovely, modern and delightfully appointed with a king bed and patio. The hotel is ideally located within 5 to 20 minutes walking of all the highlights of Athens. The breakfast has plentiful, many food choices and yummy. Best of all, the staff were super outstanding in helping us with restaurant recommendations, providing advise of what to see and do in the city, and arranging car service/taxis. They even arranged for a doctor to come to the hotel to attend to my ill wife. We most highly recommend this hotel, and will surely use again!!

Best part of our stay in Athens! I was not sure at first because we had to walk through a narrow alley to get there at night but as we spent our days there, it became apparent that it is a perfect spot to stay in Athens. The rooms are clean. The staff are helpful and courteous. The breakfast spread was amazing. We even have complimentary wine! Our bathroom flooded the first day but the staff was quick to fix it and apologize. The price was great too. It is a walking distance to everything you need to see in Athens! We’ll definitely stay here next time we bring the kids. Thanks to Natalie and George for their help.

One of the best boutique hotels in Athens! My wife and I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The hotel is located in the vibrant Monastiraki area, within walking distance of some of Athens' best bars, rooftop venues, restaurants, and major attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city. The rooms are spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. A special mention goes to the premium Apivita toiletries, which my wife absolutely loved. What truly made our stay memorable was the exceptional hospitality. George and his female colleague at the front desk were incredibly warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. They went out of their way to recommend some fantastic restaurants and bars, and every suggestion turned out to be excellent. We were also pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary bottle of wine upon check-in—a thoughtful gesture that made us feel instantly welcome. Overall, this hotel offers the perfect combination of location, comfort, and outstanding service. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Athens.

We arrive to Athens. We take the metro we arrive to the city center then five minutes away we find this hotel which we booked. The receptionist was amazingly welcoming and very well spoken. We felt right at home. We had separate rooms and the receptionist made. It’s so seamlessly that we didn’t have to spend so much time on paperwork he took our passports and filled it by himself until we got back again to go for dinner then we can just sign. This was great initiative. The receptionist changed based on shift, but all of them are very nice and they are ready to help you with whatever you want. They they even gave us recommendations for places to visit restaurants to eat, and even some cafés that are local attractions. Otherwise, we would have never heard of especially that one of them even offered to help us get a reservation in this restaurant for the duration that we stayed there and the reservation was made so easily when we went to the restaurant we didn’t have to wait. The room is very nice well lit and well ventilated the aesthetic of the room is very nice. I had a junior suite so my bedroom was king-size and the bathroom was very clean and they put some cookies for me and there was also another bed in case we were two people. The breakfast is really nice one huge positive of this hotel is that it is not crowded so the breakfast being a buffet meant that you can eat in peace while refilling your plate whenever you want to the food was nice and they even provided fresh oranges. If you wanted fresh juice instead of soft drinks, they had everything on the table, so it is for everybody vegetarian or not. On the checkout, it is very easy. You can even store your luggage as long as you want to and the Hôtel, which I found it to be very helpful and quite thoughtful as well.

We were a very large extended family who took 3 rooms in the hotel. We are 7 who sleept in the family room which was wonderful. Very large room triple bunk plus sofa bed slept 4 kids and there was a large bed and a cot for the baby in the other sleeping area. The 2 sleeping areas separated by a glass sliding door. The hotel has a wonderful breakfast with everything you would need. The lobby has games for the kids to play as did the family room, which was a nice touch. The location is excellent and walking distance to everything around the city. The staff is wonderful and even though we made a lot of noise with kids running around there was never even a glance of annoyance. I could not recommend this hotel more. There are great restaurants all over, it's safe quiet and beautiful. The rooms are modern and updated. If we return we will make sure to stay here again.

We stayed 5 nights in May. This is a fairly basic, small hotel. We booked a junior suite, which was adequate but not large. None of the rooms have dressers, just hangers for clothes. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts were the standard Greek buffet, which we enjoyed. The hotel is on a (mostly) pedestrian side street, so it's quiet, but near restaurants and within walking distance of the major sites. A minor point, but the bathroom floor and especially the shower floor were very slippery.

We had reservations for Athens4 for 2 nights October 22-24. Due to a surgery, we were unable to do this trip. We had to cancel our upcoming cruise. Even if the payment was nonrefundable, all our other payments for other hotels in Spain (end of the cruise) were refunded. All excursions, etc were refunded. We contacted them over a month ago through Expedia, so they had plenty of time to replace our reservation with someone else. Athens4 never got back to us. Expedia made things right, but Athens4 wouldn't even respond to me. I can even understand if they had penalized us by withholding $25-$50 to handle any paperwork. They did not! They were not flexible, and I would recommend that no one make reservations with them.

Hotel in a super central location, within walking distance of everything you need. The staff is amazing, very kind and helpful, and always with a smile and a desire to help. The breakfast is modest but definitely enough to start the day off well. Highly recommended, and a special thank you to the reception staff and John – for the exceptional service and personal attention!
