Boss Boutique Hotel is perfectly located right at the centre of Athens, making it very convenient to explore the city. 🇬🇷✨ The food was very nice, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel is also budget-friendly, which made our stay even better.Our only small comment is that complimentary water was not provided, but overall, we had an amazing experience and would still highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Athens. 😊🏨

I stayed for two nights on September. Staff were welcoming and exceptionally helpful. The hotel was undergoing renovations. I was lucky enough to have a recently renovated room and it was delightful. There was no restaurant due to the renovation and breakfast was provided at the sister hotel across the road; Breeze Boutique Hotel. Breeze Boutique hotel was also being renovated. Breakfast was chaos. Such chaos all you could do was feel sorry for the staff. The queue for the coffee machine was 20 deep at a point; the machine was broken. Plates ran out and staff replenishing them were bringing them out in 5’s to the unvaccinated masses.

The hotel has an excellent staff, very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and very clean. The restaurant was very pleasant, and the breakfast offered a wide variety of products. The hotel is close to Omonia Square and the National Archaeological Museum, and is generally very well located for visiting tourist attractions. The hotel is located in an area where, at night, many homeless people and drug addicts can be seen on the sidewalks, creating a sense of personal insecurity.

5 min. walk from Omonia Square, close to the Archeological Museum of Athens, 10 min. walk to Psiri and Monastiraki. I stayed at the Boss Boutique Hotel after my original hotel reservation was cancelled on site. I arrived tired and frustrated to be greeted with a big smile and a The hotel is basic, comfortable, clean, served a very good breakfast with plenty of options for everyone!

I stayed for 3 nights, but unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our belongings went missing, and it appeared that the luggage had been opened. The reception staff showed a clear lack of service mind, avoided responsibility, and responded in an unprofessional and discourteous manner. Despite the fact that the item was lost within the hotel premises, no proper investigation or action was taken. Instead, the staff shifted the blame onto the guest, which is unacceptable. The item was originally inside our bag, yet no accountability was demonstrated. Housekeeping standards were also below expectations. The room was not properly cleaned, used towels were not collected, and the bed was left untidy. I would not recommend staying here. If possible, I would rate this place less than one star. The only positive aspect is its central location, but overall, the experience was extremely negative. There are certainly better alternatives elsewhere. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 What a nightmare in Athens❌❌❌❌

We were guests at your hotel until July 1, 2026, when we checked out. Before leaving for the flight, we entrusted our luggage to your receptionist for safekeeping. I personally observed the receptionist place my luggage in a secure storage room and lock the door. When I returned later that day to retrieve my luggage, it was missing. I immediately asked the reception staff what had happened, but they were unable to provide any explanation. They also declined to contact the manager or review the security camera footage. As a result, we contacted the police. When the police arrived, the hotel staff likewise declined to provide access to the security camera footage. The officers advised us that we would need to file a police report at the police station, followed by a report with the department responsible for matters involving tourists. Unfortunately, because we had a scheduled international flight, we did not have sufficient time to complete those reports before departing. We were informed that the hotel would conduct an internal investigation and contact us with the results as soon as possible. We have written for updates but were simply ignored. Hotel staff stole our luggage!

Room - exceptional Service - exceptional Lobby - exceptional Breakfast - exceptional The only thing to mention as not exceptional is the location of the hotel. Omonia didn’t feel safe everywhere and as the hotel cant really control what goes on outside that doesnt change the rating. Overall we had a very good experience.

Great value for money hotel, near at the city centre. For the amount of money I paid for the room, the food was more than satisfying with a rich morning buffet and surprisingly tasty option for main meals. I don’t understand some people that complain , when you pay €50 per night the facilities are more than adequate, the beds and sheets are clean. Also it was quiet which was very important to me.
