We had a fantastic stay at the Holiday Inn before flying to Rarotonga with our whānau. It was so easy to reserve five rooms together, which made organising our large group really simple. The airport transfer was also very easy, with the bus tickets sorted for us and the airport transfer being nice and straightforward. We were able to leave our car parked securely while we were away, which gave us great peace of mind. The staff were lovely and welcoming and we enjoyed the delicious buffet dinner. It was the perfect way to start our holiday. Thank you to the Holiday Inn team for making everything so easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay again!

⭐ 1/5 — Extremely disappointing|I have never experienced accommodation this poor.|We arrived at the Holiday Inn Auckland Airport expecting a comfortable place to stay, but as soon as we walked in, we were so disappointed that we seriously considered getting back in the car and driving the 3.5 hours home.|The condition of the property was extremely poor. There was rubbish throughout the property, the hallways and rooms had an unpleasant smell, and the overall appearance was far below what we expected from a hotel of this standard.|On the way to our room, we were greeted by a large black rubbish bag simply left sitting in the hallway. When we entered our room, there was a strong, disgusting smell, and there was also a large stain on the chair/sofa.|Overall, the accommodation felt dirty, poorly maintained and completely unacceptable. We were genuinely shocked by the condition of the property and would not stay here again.|For the price and the reputation of the hotel, we expected far, far better.

The only hotel that I ever stayed that does not have an elevator. The hallways are like a maze and I am surprised how many rooms they have since it looks small from the outside. Great location by the airport & parking. The bar and restaurant are nice and clean. Very kind staff and rooms are clean. The laundry room takes only $2 coins and you can get it from the front desk. $4 for both laundry & dryer. Was cold for us to use the pool but very nice garden by the pool area. The shuttle $8.50 per to the airport has a few stops to other close by hotels so plan accordingly. They have a kiosk by the main entrance so very convenient because it tells you approximately when the bus arrives, I suggest to sit outside so you don't miss the bus. My room had a 110v plug in the bathroom while will be convenient for my USA travelers if you forgot your inverter since NZ uses 220v. They also have a kiosk to check in and out if you prefer. Highly recommend for any USA travellers. Will see you again.

I mentioned my hubby’s birthday when I booked & we had a welcome surprise by front staff when we entered our room-a lovely gesture! I always enjoy my stay here. Spacious room. Lovely dinner & breakfast. Excellent value! Wonderful staff. I always feel relaxed when I stay here.

Everything was great! Excellent service. Would definitely stay again and recommend to family and friends. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Our room was perfect for our little family. Breakfast buffet was delicious! Thank you to the team at Holiday Inn for having us. Highly recommend!

I just want to acknowledge the staff that served so beautifully the two days I spent at Holiday Inn, I walked the hallway after lunch with my finished plate and utensils and a server came and took it for me. During the long day a server put his head in and refreshed our bottles with fresh cold water. The front desk women were efficient and cheerful. The facilities, rooms, toilets so clean and always stocked. Great accommodation and place for conferences.

Very clean, pleasant and warm hotel, near to Auckland Airport and the Manawa Bay Premium Outlets. It's pretty far from Auckland city and traveling using Uber is the better option, though pricey. There are convenient airport shuttles, called the 'Yellow Bus', serving the hotel at NZD8 per passenger, with ample luggage space on board. The breakfasts were sumptuous with a good spread and various beverages. The hotel staff are generally helpful, friendly and carried nice smiles. The garden is beautifully landscaped with flora and fauna, walkable and great for morning and evening strolls. The unheated wimming pool is available but the weather is too cold for normal swims.

We wanted somewhere close to the airport and shopping centre's and the Holiday Inn Auckland Airport didnt disappoint! Atmosphere and staff were warm and welcoming. We arrived at 1 am.and were greeted, they also had our rental car keys for our arrival. The rooms were cozy and clean. The breakfast which we purchased as part of our package were yummy with a great selection of hot and cold foods. We requested a late check out which was approved based on my membership which was so helpful. We have stayed here before and we will be back!
