What an absolute pleasure staying at JetPark Hotel Auckland! From start to finish, we had an amazing experience. Everything was excellent, the food was delicious, and the overall service and atmosphere made our stay truly enjoyable. It’s always a pleasure when a hotel gets everything right and makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I honestly couldn’t fault a thing. The hotel delivered a fantastic experience, and we left feeling very happy with our stay. We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend JetPark Hotel Auckland to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with great food and excellent hospitality. Amazing service. The hotel staff went above and beyond. We accidentally left our passports in the bus and they called and tracked us down. We are very grateful for their help. Car was ready on our return. Rooms were perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bus pick up and drop off was on time. Thank you JetPark and Staff

For the price range, this is excellent. Regular bus from airport and back, both times the drivers were welcoming and drove well. We had a late arrival, staff were pleasant, bed comfortable and shampoo, conditioner and body wash free. Would stay again.

I highly recommend staying here if you're flying in or out of Auckland. The free shuttle goes directly to the airport, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The staff are super friendly and helpful—when I mentioned leaving my sunglasses in a returned rental car, the front desk staff (I think Korean) kindly asked the hotel's shuttle driver to take me back to the rental company. Much appreciated to that front desk staff and the Fujian shuttle driver for their kind help.

My husband and I chose Jet Park Hotel (Auckland) for our venue choice for our wedding reception! And it was perfect!!! We loved everything about it, the location, the service, the scenery was also perfect for our wedding photos :) Highly recommended to all my family and friends! Also got the best room too. Thank you Jet Park! Would do it all over again🙏🏽

I had a comfortable stay. The bus to the JetPark is free and runs every 35 minutes from the airport. Can be crowded which is not a fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of. Smooth check in, decent enough meal for dinner. Overall nothing to complain about - I have stayed nearer to the airport in the past and I think for me, for convenience this suits me better. For the budget though, JetPark offers a comfortable stay for travellers looking to save a few dollars with convenience to the airport.

I stayed at the hotel on 1 June and had a great experience. The room was comfortable and well maintained, but I must talk about the restaurant. The manager/server/host recommended the Lamb Shank special, and it was absolutely divine!! Tender, full of flavour and huge for its price! Then I headed for the bar and their wine selection is pretty good for an airport hotel!

We regularly stay at Jetpark when we are traveling, they are always neat and tidy, the service is great the staff are friendly. The resturant is fantastic, and the bar is cozy. They value repeat customers and often upgrade our rooms when they can and apologize when they can't. This time we have been upgraded to an apartment and it is fantastic and appreciated.
