Lovely stay. Ideal location. Central. Top notch service. Staff are friendly, helpful and engaging, making our stay warm and welcome. Very comfy beds. Spacious rooms. Interior facelift is appealing, yet fixtures such as room doors and old elevators need some attention and are showing their age. Our room smelled like dry cleaning chemicals. A simple room fragrance could do wonders. But not the overbearing one you have in the elevator lobby. Tapestry restaurant is highly recommended. Delicious food, great selection, very good coffee and fantastic staff.

Wonderful hotel, the best I’ve lived in Auckland. Very kind staff, great services and quiet place to rest and have a hot bath after a busy day. The executive room is classy and comfy, will be back for the next visit 👍

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, a special shout out to Tony who was running the valet parking. He was particularly friendly and helpful and remembered me and my car from the moment we first arrived. Thanks Tony, you really made our stay outstanding. The rooms look to be recently renovated with comfortable beds, soft carpets and tidy walls. The bathrooms however really do need a refresh. I would certainty come back, We stayed early September for 4 nights, one of which we had our 18m old son with us. We had a suite when we was there which had a really sizable lounge which was great for him to play in. All the staff were great.

Pullman Auckland: a heritage experience, if you love antiques. The rooms are aged and tired, the toilet felt like grandma's house, and my pillows came with stains. Not what you expect when you pay for a well-known brand. The service is where it really lost me. I had to cut my stay short for a family emergency. Eunice at the front desk spent 20-30 minutes of my time telling me the booking was prepaid through Trip.com, nothing could be done, and that the duty manager or upper management would say the same. Whatever the booking channel, basic empathy does not need a booking reference. No attempt to help, no flexibility, no compassion. I have stayed here before and the staff were genuinely warm and helpful, which is why this time stung. The rooms were already showing their age back then, but good service made up for it. This time the service was gone too, and with it, any reason to pay a big-brand price. Pullman and Accor, your standard is only as good as your worst front desk moment.

Returning to my favourite hotel in Auckland. Greeted like an old friend when I drove in. This was repeated at check in. Nice that a returning guest is acknowledged in this way. |Check in staff hinted I had received a room upgrade. Wow, a suite & arrival gift. Very, very nice gesture much appreciated. |The room was spotlessly clean as I have come to expect. Great view of nearby parks, city skyline & sunset.|I like the Pullmans location as it is very quiet. It's a short work downhill to amenities like public transport, shopping, cinemas or the casino. A little longer walk back as it is uphill.|Opted for room service one evening, recommend the Sticky Date Pudding.|Consistently well treated by any staff I came into contact with.|Recommend joining the Accor loyalty program if you're a frequent guest at Accor hotels.

Exceptional Service – Lola Is an Absolute Asset to the Pullman Auckland! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve been staying at the Pullman Auckland regularly for business over the past three years, although work commitments have taken me elsewhere for the last six months. Returning this week reminded me exactly why I love this hotel, and it all comes down to people like Lola, the wonderful breakfast chef. Despite not having seen me for six months, Lola remembered my usual breakfast order perfectly. Before I’d even had the chance to ask, she had my breakfast prepared and waiting for me, accompanied by her trademark beaming smile! It’s these small but incredibly thoughtful gestures that turn a good hotel experience into an exceptional one. To remember a guest and their preferences after six months is a level of genuine hospitality you simply cannot teach. What a fantastic way to start a busy working day! Lola, you are an absolute superstar and a tremendous asset to the Pullman Auckland. Management should be incredibly proud to have someone who makes guests feel so genuinely welcomed and valued. It’s people like Lola who are the reason I’ll always choose the Pullman Auckland whenever I’m in town for business. Thank you, Lola. You’ve made my day!

As a diamond member we have travelled a lot as a family. Honestly best place we have stayed. From concierge service, they come and collect your bags and are helpful unloading and loading luggage. Checking in and out was easy and staff were helpful and lovely. Even helping us to organise a dr for our child. | They organised a maxi taxi for us easily without any delay or drama. Executive lounge was well run by Helena (please forgive if spelt wrong) and the buffet has lots of choices and the fabulous idea of giving you a table number to take back to your table when ordering eggs or freshly prepared waffles, rather then designated table numbers or having to wait as other places do.| The welcome drinks include cocktails and sparkling wine. Not the usual house wine and beer selection other hotels offer. | Location was good, easy to get to everything. |The room was well kept. Thank you room service. Whoever serviced our room was fabulous. A lot of places don’t refill the coffee pods for free. But they do. | I could not fault any of the staff. Room service food was good and we also used uber which came quick.| Bath tub is a good size. We had two bedroom apartment and it was spacious and felt like a home away from home.

My husband and I had the most exceptional stay at the Pullman last weekend! We were booked in for a 2 night stay for our wedding night, and were blown away by our Apartment room, the facilities and the service. We were also pleasantly surprised to be welcomed to our room with a lovely card, a celebratory dessert, and complimentary drinks. The attention to detail made us feel really special and truly added to the marital bliss we were feeling. We enjoyed our stay there so much that we even decided to extend our stay another night as we were not ready to escape the luxury. We totally weren’t expecting to stay in our room and were prepared to take a downgrade just to stay another night, but they kept us in the same room for a very reasonable price which was so appreciated. The room was immaculate and the bed was large and comfortable. We ate at the buffet breakfast each morning, and the options were extensive and delicious. We also had room service one night and dined at their restaurant for another. The food was amazing and the service was quick and staff were polite. I am sad to say that we didn’t catch any of the names of the staff who we dealt with during our stay, but we have absolutely no complaints about any of them. We also used the gym, pool and spa facilities which were clean and surprisingly quiet (which was really nice for us!) We cannot rave on about it enough and will be highly recommending it to our friends and family. Thank you so much for making our wedding night and the days following that much more memorable! This place will now hold a special place in our hearts.
