This was perfect for our stay. An apartment had everything you needed with a kitchen (and all crockery ect) & even had its own washing machine and tumble drier. The staff were lovely & very helpful. Advising us on local cafes and transfers too and from the airport. The hotel is right next to the main bus station so it is super easy to get to the beach or into Auckland. Highly recommend.

Stayed here for two nights at the single apt style rooms. The location is unbeatable, it's right across the Albany bus station which made getting around very easy. But my biggest shout out is for Jatin from the front desk. He was absolutely helpful and one of the kindest people I encountered during my travel. The hospitality displayed by him was top notch, he went above and beyond to help us feel comfortable. Overall, a great stay, and Jatin deserves a special mention for making the experience even better!

Easy parking. Clean room. Tiny kitchen. It really isn't much more than you get in any hotel. The dishes were not all clean. Hotels really should rehash all dishes and jot rely on the efforts of past guests.|The staff extremely nice and helpful. Bed is comfy, unless you want to cuddle up. It is close to all sorts of shops and outlets which is great but you really need a car to access these.

I stayed there for five days. My first night there was a nightmare. No heat in the room on a very cold night. I froze! No one answered the "24 hour service number." No one at the front desk. The next morning I, quite literally, ran into Vicky, the on-site project manager. She went with me to the room, verified that the heat was not working AND that there was an apparent issue with the 24 hour service. Vicky was extremely apologetic. Moved me to a new room immediately (after verifying everything was working), and came back several times over the next several days to assure the rest of my stay was 5-star worthy (it was). I gave them three stars: -1 for the truly bad first night. And -1 because the only thing I asked for was a one-night refund of that first night stay. It was denied (not by Vicky!)

Location is good. Parking was easy. That’s it. Room was dirty. Mouldy shower. Mattress so inadequate that we could feel the wire frame and decided at 4am it was better to be up and awake. Like someone else wrote - the plates in the cupboard were actually dirty. I think you can do better. Flickering light meant darkness in the main part of the 2 bedrooms (no one available to come and look/fix despite our request) and the TV remote required us to go fetch batteries. I couldn’t wait to leave.

Very clean and tidy. Great location. Good facilities in the room. Lots of support with late check in and easy check out. Car park included. Limited channels. Bit noisy and curtains don't quite keep the light out otherwise a great stay. Thanks.

Beds comfy, staff lovely, but rooms need updating. Aircon/heat pump in room 416 needs attention as letting off a smell. Hotel is near a road, so buzz from the road is noticeable. And can hear shower water trickling through the wall.
