Maya Sanur Resort & Spa

Response from the property

Dear Anton Katkov, Thank you so much for taking the time to share such a beautiful and detailed review – even though you were not staying with us as a guest! I am absolutely delighted to hear that you enjoyed your visit to Tree Bar and that our rooftop made such a wonderful impression on you. It truly is one of our hidden gems, and we are so glad that you discovered it. Knowing that you spent time taking in the stunning views, capturing gorgeous photos, and enjoying the lush garden-like atmosphere is a true compliment to our team, who work hard to maintain that special space. We are especially happy that you would highly recommend this experience to others – whether they are hotel guests or just passing through the area. That means a great deal to us. We hope to welcome you back again, whether for another visit to Tree Bar and the rooftop, or perhaps even for a full stay at Maya Sanur next time! Warm regards, I Putu Eddo Arthawan Resort Manager

Dear Lauryn, Thank you very much for sharing your honest and valuable feedback. I am delighted to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful view and relaxing vibe of our resort. I also appreciate your constructive observations regarding the pool and the restaurant's open concept. You are right that our main pool and tranquil atmosphere may appeal more to couples, but we always strive to welcome families with open arms. I am sorry that the strong breeze at the main restaurant made breakfast uncomfortable for your children – that is certainly not the experience we want for any family. Your suggestion to have a more enclosed area for young ones is very valuable, and I will discuss it with our team as we continue to improve our facilities for families. That said, I am absolutely thrilled that your children loved our Kids Club. A special thank you for recognizing Unik, Lasmi, Asih, and Linda – they will be so happy to know that their engaging care, drawing, and craft activities made your children's stay so enjoyable. Our Kids Club team truly takes pride in creating a fun and safe space for little ones. We hope to welcome you and your family back, and we will do our best to make your next stay even more comfortable for everyone. Warm regards, I Putu Eddo Arthawan Resort Manager

Dear TRUDI Hatch, Thank you so much for your heartfelt and detailed review – and for choosing Maya Sanur for your first stay in Sanur after so many years of visiting Bali. I am absolutely delighted to hear that you loved your stay with us. It is wonderful that your Lagoon Pool room, with its strong shower, separate bath, two sinks, comfortable king bed, and plenty of seating, gave you and your friends the perfect space to relax and even enjoy after‑dinner drinks together. What means the most to us, however, is your recognition of our staff and service. Knowing that everything you needed was met with genuine kindness and help – and that our team went out of their way to return an item you left behind – truly warms our hearts. I will personally share your kind words with the entire team. Thank you for highlighting our beautiful beachfront location, easy access to everything, and for your perfect 10/10. Your high recommendation is the greatest compliment we could receive. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more wonderful stays. Warm regards, I Putu Eddo Arthawan Resort Manager

Dear Josafat Jozua, Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are delighted to hear that you enjoy spending time at our place, especially on special occasions, and that you appreciate the friendly service, the good food, and the relaxing atmosphere — it is wonderful to know it reminds you of sitting at Rembrandtsplein or Leidseplein in Amsterdam. We truly appreciate your kind words about Wahyu. He is indeed a young man who always gives his best, and we will be sure to share your compliments with him. At the same time, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with our young waiters forgetting to bring you a glass of water upon arrival, even after asking three times this week. This is not the standard we strive for, and we will address this with our team to ensure better attentiveness and consistency in service. Thank you again for your valuable feedback and for being such a loyal guest. We look forward to welcoming you back for many more enjoyable moments. Warm regards, I Putu Eddo Arthawan Resort Manager

Dear Manzz, Thank you so much for your wonderful review and for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am absolutely delighted that you loved your 4‑night stay and that you enjoyed the great hospitality, friendly staff across all departments, and our Impressive Nest Suites – your high recommendation means a great deal to us. I have also carefully noted your feedback regarding the pools. I understand your disappointment that while we have three pools, the main infinity pool tends to be the most popular and can feel crowded, especially with children. Our lagoon pool is reserved for guests staying in those rooms, and the children's pool is designed specifically for younger guests. However, I appreciate your point that the other two pools were rarely used and may not have been as appealing. I am very glad that you found everything else fantastic, especially the food and drink offerings, which you felt were well priced. It is also wonderful to know that you would come again – we would be honored to welcome you back. Warm regards, I Putu Eddo Arthawan Resort Manager
