We had a wonderful two-night stay! The hotel has a huge pool that our family loved, and the breakfast offered an excellent variety of delicious vegetarian options. The in-room dining was also very good. The service was exceptional throughout our stay. Our child accidentally spilled water on the bed, and the housekeeping team changed the bedsheets and had everything sorted in no time. Every request was handled promptly with a smile. Thank you for the warm hospitality to the team and Ms.Wisnii. We would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

Ramada is a great value for money resort. No frills but great value. Good location and the staff are all amazing. Grateful for excellent service by the bar staff especially Malta who was very polite and friendly. Loved his service. The reception staff is all so lovely and accommodating. Rooms are clean and beds are extremely comfortable which is very important for a good stay.

Ramada Encore Seminyak is ok for the price point. Quiet and spacious hotel. A little off the main area, however on a positive note it’s quieter. Rooms are clean and comfortable with all amenities provided including small kitchenette and larger fridge for convenience. Bed was comfortable and pleasant view over pool area. Pool area was fine, however rather hot in pool surroundings with water clean and pleasant for a refreshing swim. Breakfast taste and quality was mediocre, just passable, however ambiance not so pleasant due to busy during peak hours. All staff pleasant, friendly and professional at all times. The only detraction was the unsightly food trays being left outside rooms in the hallways for hours.

Its a great hotel with a great service. Shoutout to Bu Amanda. We did have a little hiccup with the electricity in the hotel at around midnight, and they managed to solve it by giving us an upgrade. Also, all the others employees are very helpful as well. We had some food deliveries and they are very helpful in receiving and informing us about it.

Stayed at Ramada Encore Seminyak Bali for 4 days, and I must say, it was one of the best decisions of my trip. From the warm hospitality and welcoming smiles to the beautiful ambiance and absolutely delicious food, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff made us feel comfortable and valued from the moment we arrived. A special mention to Sri, who is truly one of the sweetest and kindest people I’ve met. Her genuine smile, friendly nature, and the way she interacts with every guest instantly brighten the atmosphere and make everyone feel at home. We had a fantastic experience staying at Ramada Encore. The hotel is situated in an excellent location close to all the main attractions, and even the local drivers highly recommend this property to tourists. What made our trip truly unforgettable was how the staff handled my wife's birthday. We checked in the day before her birthday, and I mentioned it to a staff member named WISNI. She remembered it perfectly. On the day of her birthday, Wisni and the team surprised us by bringing out a cake and celebrating with us. They also put together a beautiful flower arrangement in our room, making the occasion feel even more special. My wife was absolutely thrilled and so happy! Beyond the incredible hospitality, the food was excellent. The breakfast is a buffet system with an exceptional variety of dishes. Everything was so delicious that I looked forward to a heavy breakfast every single day of our stay. This hotel offers the perfect blend of great service, a prime location, and budget-friendly value. We highly recommend it!

We stayed here for 5 days 4 nights in standard twin bedroom in may. All the crews were all very great. Check in and check out process was easy and smooth. The foods were great and the service was spectacular. Mbok Wisni from the front office and Mbok Sri from the restaurant assisted me and my friend in awesome service. Food options was a lot and we love the pool so much. We’ll definitely return here on our next visit.
