This hotel is in 1 of the lively parts of bangkok with quite a few other hotels, bars and restaurants on the same road. I arrived quite early and my room wasnt ready however they offered me the use of the showers on the same floor as the pool. They also stored my suitcases in the lobby rather than a secure room, however someone was keeping an eye on them. Some of my party arrived later and they were told their rooms weren't ready even though it was over an hour after their official check-in time. They had given the previous occupants late check out so the rooms hadn't been cleaned in time. They were offered room credit to be used for food only in the hotel. There was a large group of us and the hotel staff were charging stuff to 1 or 2 rooms rather than the relevant room, we weren't always asked to sign for room charges and when we checked out they couldn't provide us with detailed receipts for the charges. It made the stay stressful and not pleasant. SO IF U STAY HERE MAKE SURE YOU GET A RECEIPT FOR EACH ROOM CHARGE WHEN YOU CHARGE IT. The breakfast was adequate, they had an Asian section with Indian, oriental, Korean and Japanese cuisine. They had an american/continental section on the opposite side that offered fruit, juice, bread, pastries, cereal, hot items and a live egg/omelette station. You won't be hungry after brekkie, the food in the restaurant and pool bar was also quite nice. We also went to the Pastel sky bar which had lovely views over the city, however this is NOT part of the hotel so u can't charge the bill to your room

I can confidently say that Aira Hotel has become one of my favorite hotels.💓💓💓💓💓The room I received looked exactly like the photos shown when booking, and I absolutely loved the atmosphere and the view. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the bathtub, relaxing while enjoying the beautiful city view. The large TV also impressed me a lot because everything in the room felt modern in such a perfect and comfortable way. What I really want to say is that staying at this hotel did not feel like staying in a hotel at all — it felt like home. It felt like I was in my own bedroom, reconnecting with myself. I traveled alone and stayed alone, and I felt extremely comfortable and safe spending time by myself in the room. For me, this experience was truly healing, and I was deeply impressed from the very first moment I opened the door and walked into the room.🪬If you are looking for a place to truly relax, spend time with yourself, and enjoy your own personal space, I highly recommend this hotel. ☺️🤍✨🤏🏻⛲️💐The facilities here are excellent:• Swimming pool• Fitness center• RestaurantAnd the hotel is also home to the famous rooftop bar “Pastel” on the 22nd floor. I had always wanted to visit this rooftop, so it felt like such a coincidence when I found out it was actually inside this hotel. Honestly, it felt like everything that brought me here happened for a reason. I spent quite some time thinking about where I wanted to spend my days off, and choosing this hotel was definitely the right decision for me.For the room and overall atmosphere, I would honestly give it a 10/10.As for the breakfast, it was decent, but not particularly outstanding. However, the staff at the restaurant were all lovely, friendly, and treated guests very well. Personally, I just felt that the food selection was a bit limited and the taste was average.Overall, I truly love this hotel, and I’m sure I will come back here again in the future.Even though the hotel is located near nightlife areas, I still felt very safe staying here. The location is convenient and surrounded by many useful facilities. I traveled here alone and explored the area by myself, and everything felt safe and comfortable. The room was also very quiet and peaceful, which helped me sleep very well. 🪷🍀

I’ve just completed my third stay at Aira Hotel Bangkok, and I can confidently say it has become my absolute go-to hotel every time I visit Bangkok. From the moment you arrive, everything feels effortless. The staff is consistently warm, professional, and genuinely attentive — they go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and taken care of in every possible way. The rooms are beautiful, modern, and impeccably clean, with all the comforts you could ask for. You can really feel the attention to detail, and it makes every stay incredibly relaxing. The location is simply perfect — right in the heart of the city, making it easy to get anywhere while still enjoying a comfortable and refined environment. One of the standout aspects is the incredible value for money. For the level of quality, service, and overall experience you receive, it’s truly hard to find anything comparable in Bangkok. I also absolutely love the facilities: the pool area is fantastic for unwinding, and the gym is well-equipped, making it ideal even for those who want to keep up with their training routine while traveling. Every time I leave, I already look forward to coming back — and that says everything. Highly, highly recommended.

We stayed for the last of our 3 week trip, room was ready on arrival, we were so pleased, front facing beautiful views, and kept beautifully throughout our stay. Our room came with use of the lounge for early evening drinks and snacks, the staff here were so courteous and welcoming, they looked after us so well and we really appreciated their hospitality after a hard days sight seeing . Breakfast was varied and fresh, again the staff go out of their way to assist guests. We didn’t use the pool as had already had a beach break, the concierge were super helpful in finding our way around, which was surprisingly easy as the location of the hotel is just perfect for the trains and all late night restaurants and bars. Even though this hotel is bang in the middle of the action, we slept great with no noise interference. They are building a new hotel across the road and they are very respectful of start/finish times, and so it did in no way affect our stay. My only complaint is the drain smell in the lobby as you exit the lift.. 🤢.. Thank you for a wonderful stay and perfect end to our anniversary trip ! 💕 ..

Aira Hotel may sit in a busy, nightlife-heavy area, but it’s a great central base for exploring Bangkok. The location is highly walkable, with plenty of restaurants, markets, and energy right outside, and the hotel offers a convenient shuttle if needed. The suite was spacious, quiet, and very clean, with comfortable beds and quality bedding. The lounge provides a nice range of options from breakfast through evening drinks and light bites. The pool and gym are well-suited for a quick workout, and the rooftop restaurant offers impressive views of the city.

I absolutely loved this hotel. One of the best hotels I ever stayed in . From the cleanliness, services to the location it’s all 10/10 . I’m very particular in hotels I choose and how it’s cleaned and with this hotel I had no concerns whatsoever . From the moment I arrived the concierge assisted me and helped me with my luggage . The breakfast in the mornings also had multiple of choices to select from in the buffet - western food, Asian food etc the options was endless . There’s also a rooftop bar which is worth going to and checking out . Definitely will go to this hotel again next time I’m in Bangkok and will be recommending this to every person I know.

One of the best 4 * Hotels we've stayed in! Very well maintained and clean. Staff are very polite and helpful, especially the 2 men at the Concierge desk. Tawan was most friendly and helped us by giving helpful suggestions throughout our stay. They have an ATM machine and a weighing machine too! Location is the best, with many bars, restaurants and 2 7-elevens nearby. They even arranged pick up and drop off to airport for minimal fee.

I was placed on the 18th floor. The room was very small and cramped, but still comfortable. But it's a shame they display so many drinks that there's no free water for guests. For the same price and quality of room as this, even in the center of Kuala Lumpur, Bukit Bintang, they always provide free water every day. I also hoped for slippers, but apparently there weren't any. The room's cleanliness was very good. They cleaned the room every day. The only thing missing was, for some reason, every time I was in the room, I got a bad cold. My nose is sensitive to dust, maybe the mattress was dusty or the central AC needed to be vacuumed to remove dust. But every time I left the room, my cold disappeared. Honestly, the facilities were good, but the bellboy's job was useless at check-in. He was just a display and didn't help carry luggage to the room. However, when checking out, they were very enthusiastic, especially if you took the hotel's recommended taxi.
