I’ve had the pleasure of staying continuously at Ascott Sathorn for a year, and overall, I’ve had a really wonderful experience. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The BTS station is less than a 100-meter walk away, which makes getting around Bangkok extremely convenient. Ascott Sathorn is also centrally located, so many tourist attractions are easily accessible. There are convenience stores, hotels, and other facilities nearby as well. What really made my stay special was the staff. Everyone is incredibly warm, humble, patient, and helpful. During a long-term stay, there are naturally a few small issues from time to time, but whenever I called for maintenance, water-related issues, or any other service, the team responded quickly and sent someone to assist. The reception is available 24/7, which is extremely convenient. Even when I needed to collect a delivery late at night, the reception team was always there to help. The housekeeping team also deserves a special mention. My room was always cleaned very neatly, and the housekeeping staff were consistently polite and friendly. The breakfast team was equally wonderful—very sweet, patient, and welcoming. There was also a good variety of breakfast options. I especially appreciated how Ascott creates a warm community atmosphere by celebrating festivals and special occasions. They have celebrations for festivals such as Songkran, New Year, Chinese New Year, and other local occasions. One of the most unexpected and memorable moments for me was on India’s Independence Day. The team surprised me with an Indian flag, a lovely Independence Day message, and even brought me pani puri while wishing me Happy Independence Day! I genuinely didn’t expect it, and it made me feel very happy and cared for. On my birthday, they also surprised me with a beautiful half-kilogram cake, which was such a thoughtful gesture. These little surprises and thoughtful gestures made my one-year stay feel much more personal and special. I’m truly grateful for the wonderful hospitality and service I received throughout my stay. The combination of the excellent location, clean and comfortable rooms, responsive service, and genuinely warm staff made Ascott Sathorn feel like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend Ascott Sathorn to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Bangkok. Thank you to the entire team for making my stay such a memorable one!

I had a fantastic stay at Ascott Sathorn Bangkok! The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the BTS Saint Louis station, making commuting around the city very easy. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and cleaned daily with great amenities. Having an in-unit washer and dryer was a huge plus for me! I also really appreciated the complimentary welcome snacks upon arrival. Special mention to the customer service team, the staff were very nice and accomodating. They easily allowed me a late check-out without any hassle. To top it off, the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable throughout our stay. Although I didn't get a chance to try out the gym and swimming pool, I'm sure they are just as top-notch. Overall, no complaints at all and just an excellent experience. Highly recommended!

We keep coming back to this hotel because of how convenient it is. The BTS station is literally 30 seconds away with several 7-Elevens and a supermarket nearby for snacks, essentials, or groceries. The rooms are spacious enough for a family and even have a kitchen so you can cook your own meals. It genuinely feels like you’re living there rather than just staying for a trip. On top of that, the staff are always friendly and accommodating which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend if you want a comfortable, well-located stay!

Great affordable accomodation near the St Louis BTS which makes this serviced apt hotel very convenient. The Studio room I booked was clean, has a little kitchenette and even a washing machine! Love the bed, but the noise downstairs from traffic can be a little noisy at night but not unbearable that I couldn't sleep. There is a nice pool for families (although not really suited for lap swimming) and a decent sized gym on the lobby floor. There are a number of great cafes across the street, in addition to Melly restaurant downstairs. You can try 'not just another cup' cafe and miffy. Also there is Yunomori Onsen, a very nice Japanese onsen and massage venue, which is also within walking distance. A great stay overall.

Great stay in Bangkok! The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, making it perfect for both short and long stays. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The location is convenient, with easy access to the BTS Skytrain and nearby attractions. The facilities, including the pool and gym, were excellent. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Directly located at the BTS St. Louis this is a great spot for a longer stay in Bangkok. Personell is very nice an helpful, there is a MuvMi Station directly located at the lobby entrance and enough food spots around so that you don’t go hungry! The pool is awesome and it’s open from 6am to 10pm - perfect for unwinding after a long day in buzzing Bangkok! Room was amazing, we had an own washing machine which we used a couple of times which let us come back home with clean clothes!

Wasted potential. That describes this hotel perfectly. Staff are great. Rooms great. What’s the problem? The entire building REEKS. Why? Because you have miles of carpeting through every hallway on every floor. The humidity leeches into the thick carpet fibres and the AC spreads it evenly around the building. At least there’s some efficiency to it. Carpeting in extreme humidity? Not even once.
