Pretty good for the price. Bed is hard which is good but others might not like it. There is no ac which is a huge downside because it becomes too humid at night. Toilet and shower is too small. Has good view as well. Also very clean no problem on that.

I stayed here three times during my 3 week stay in Thailand. I loved the central location in the quieter area off Khao San Road. The staff are friendly (especially lovely Pow) and the restaurant downstairs offers great food. The rates were wonderful too. My room had a washroom attached....both were small but I was in my room just to sleep, so it did not matter. Overall it was quiet though I had to speak to one school group that had booked in at the same time as me. It was difficult to sleep for a couple of nights as their chaperone/adults had gone out for the evening's and no one was supervising them. I appreciated the use of the computer in the Lobby. Also really thankful for their luggage storage while I went on trips around Thailand. A very friendly welcoming place.

Location is in very vibrant and central place. Be careful when booking, not recommended for long stays due to hard mattress and noisy fan/street. Advantage is the low price and amazing location.

I booked a guesthouse room through booking.com (via their "partners"), and when I arrived, they showed me a completely different room — run-down, old, and without the air conditioning that was listed on booking.com. Since it was booked "through partners," as they put it, I never got my $22 back. Do yourself a favor and avoid them.

I can't recommend it. While host guys are nice and kind, room is like a jail's cell)1. Fan is definitely not enough cause its too hot in Bangkok. And its too loud.2. Mattress and pillow are way too tough, i couldn't sleep well. No hooks in the room.3. WiFi is horrible, you see that you connected but you have no internet or it waves all the time. So if you dont have enough mobile data - you are in trouble.4. No elevator..if you have a luggage - it will be tough to get on 3-4th floor5. Restroom is ok, clean with a shower, but no soap, toilet paper etc I'd pay no more than than $4-5 per night.

I just got scammed, it said I get a room with a ac and a private. I there is are just two toilets for the whole floor with a shower above it and it’s all under water and has no toilet paper so u can’t use it. The room has no AC and is way smaller than in the description. Don’t recommend it’s better to spent a few bucks more and go somewhere else

The hotel is very near Khaosan road, yet this particular road is surprisingly quiet. The rooms are very basic, doesn’t have any air conditioning but very neat and clean. If you are coming with friends and looking for something in cheaper price then definitely can choose this place
