The last time I stayed here alone because I had to go to the Dutch Embassy, I was really impressed with the facilities. I was also upgraded to a bigger room and truly enjoyed the excellent service. This is my second stay, and this time I brought my 3 mates along. We had such a great time because I absolutely love the spacious room — there’s so much space to enjoy. The location is great too! I can confidently say this hotel is worth every penny and offers some of the best service I’ve experienced so far. Next time, I’ll definitely bring my partner, no doubt about that.

I stayed with my family for six nights and we felt very happy with the stay for 2600 baht per night. Very large rooms, on call room cleaning was great and although the hotel was a slightly far walk from the bts they had tuk tuk service for the guests. Good kids playroom and the pool area was nice with sauna in the changing room. Staff were very nice and helpful. Bed very comfortable but firmer pillow would have been nice. The wifi was incredible, best I have ever seen in a hotel. Please be aware that construction is ongoing just next to the hotel but it did not bother us during our stay, but it seems to just have started so it might get more noisy with time.

Prior to our arrival, we had reserved a high-floor room with a nice view in advance. Unfortunately, upon check-in, we were informed that this request could not be fulfilled, and the room provided was quite noisy as it faced a construction site. Although we were ultimately unable to get a quiet room that met our initial expectations, I really want to highlight the exceptional effort made by the hotel team to help resolve the issue. In particular, I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Mr. Kay, Ms.Fiona, and Peter from the bell desk. Mr. Kay and Ms.Fiona at the front desk handled our situation with genuine care, patience, and professionalism, listening attentively to our concerns and doing everything they could to assist us. Meanwhile, Peter was remarkably patient and hardworking, taking us to view several different rooms to find the best possible option. Special thanks also goes to Mr. Opal, who was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond by assisting us with planning our daily itineraries every single day, and even helped us book a local hair salon. In addition, I would like to commend Ms.Japan of the restaurant, who was extremely polite and always greeted us with a warm, welcoming smile every time we met. The empathy, warm hospitality, and friendly daily greetings from all of these staff members made us feel genuinely cared for and greatly compensated for the initial room disappointment. Regarding the breakfast service, while the selection was somewhat limited, every dish was delicious and well-prepared. However, our dining experience was marred by a staff member named Premrmi, whose attitude was extremely poor and unprofessional. I hope the hotel management looks into this matter so that her service approach can be improved in the future. Overall, despite the initial room issue and the construction noise, the outstanding service and dedication shown by the front-of-house team truly salvaged our holiday, and we are deeply grateful for their efforts. We sincerely hope to see improvements in the restaurant's service attitude so that the dining experience can match the high standards of the rest of the hotel! Room 1608

I had such a wonderful surprise when I returned to my room at Centre Point Chidlom, Bangkok. A heartfelt thank you to Miss Si, Mr. Lay, and Mr. Joke for decorating my room for my birthday. It truly made my day extra special!|The hotel is spotless, the service is excellent, and the location couldn’t be better. Parks, shopping centres, and a great variety of restaurants are all within easy walking distance.

had a wonderful stay in Thailand! The studio was clean, comfortable, and beautifully prepared. A special thank you to our housekeeper”Bwar” who made our stay extra special by creating the cutest towel animals and decorating them with beautiful flowers. 🌸🦢my children absolutely loved the towel creations and were so excited to see them everyday when we come back. It was such a thoughtful and sweet touch that made our stay even more memorable. Bwar’s kindness, creativity, and attention to detail truly made a difference. Thank you, Bwar, for making our family feel so welcome and for putting smiles on my children’s faces. We really appreciated your lovely work and hospitality! ❤️ Highly recommended for families visiting Thailand!

We had a wonderful stay at Center Point Chidlom Hotel. Although the hotel is a little older, it is very well maintained, exceptionally spacious, and spotlessly clean. The rooms are comfortable and perfect for families, making our stay relaxing and enjoyable. The daily breakfast offered a good variety of food, and we looked forward to it every morning. The staff were also friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The only area I feel could be improved is the pillows. They were a little too soft for my preference, so having firmer pillow options would make the sleeping experience even better. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely choose to return on my next trip to Bangkok. Highly recommended for families looking for a spacious, clean, and comfortable hotel!

Good value for money. Service is great, location is convenient -- walkable to Lumpini, not a crowded area at all, not noisy neighborhood, Chid Lom BTS is walkable but they provide free tuktuk as well. Facilities are surprisingly quite complete. Functioning gym (although a bit dated), swimming pool, and even sauna. The room is a bit dated, the sofa needs a little more care/cleaning, but everything else is good. Washing and dryer works perfectly. Super convenient. For the money you pay, this is probably one of the best deal you can get. Special thanks to Jazz and Nang who did great job keeping the room clean! And gave my wife's a birthday decoration and cake too, such a lovely touch!

Stayed in the Executive Room—it was spacious and well-equipped with a kitchen zone, a washing machine, and a large, comfortable bed. The hotel has great facilities, including a swimming pool, fitness center, and kids' club. The staff provided excellent service, and the food was delicious. Walking to Chit Lom BTS station was easy, or you can take the hotel shuttle. Overall, a very impressive stay!
