I had an awesome stay at the doubletree at ploenchit! The staff are all so friendly and amazing, and thank you for the complimentary room upgrade as well. The welcome cookie was a nice touch, and soo tasty too! Even though my room was overlooking some roads, it was peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend going to the Makkha spa on the 7th floor, the rooms are spacious, treatments were relaxing and you got a free mango sticky rice after! Needless to say, all the therapists there were fantastic with their stellar service. If you fancy a walk, it’s not too far to walk to Ploenchit BTS station or even Chidlom, quite easy to get to!

I came here to have some buffet dinner with my husband. On the busy day, they will have the famous and menu of the day as a buffet line so everyone can enjoy plus they also have the fresh dish as per your order as well. The portion for each menu is suitable and varieties. The food taste is okie. The best part here is the services mind of Mr.SANAN!! He is super duper nice and service mind!! Love his smile and his energy so much! I recommend you to try here! Such a Warm and cosy place to relax after work ☺️💖🥂

I recently stayed at DoubleTree Ploenchit and just wanted to share how much we enjoyed our stay. The experience started off great with a warm welcome from Khun Nuch and Khun Yam at check-in. They were both very friendly and made us feel welcome right away. A special thank you to Khun Man, who was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. He always greeted us with a smile whenever he saw us and often walked us to the elevator. You can tell he genuinely enjoys taking care of guests, and his friendliness really made a difference. During our stay, we had the chance to chat with Khun Soda and Khun Way. They were both lovely and always made sure we were well looked after. Khun Soda was especially amazing during breakfast service — she seemed to be everywhere at once, helping guests and making sure everyone was taken care of. We also spent some time at the bar and had a great time thanks to Nong Tun, who kept us entertained and made us feel very welcome. As Diamond members, we really appreciated all the recognition and benefits we received throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, and we loved having a bathtub. Breakfast had plenty of variety, and the mango sticky rice was absolutely delicious — we may have gone back for seconds! Thank you to everyone for making our stay such an enjoyable one. We look forward to coming back again.

The views from this hotel was stunning. Both inside in my room and all around the hotel campus you look directly into the heart of Bangkok and can see a good part of the city. Location wise travelers at this site are close to multiple local hotspots. In my case I enjoyed walking over to the waterfront where I took a river cruise into China town and spent most of my day there. It was pleasant to come back to a quiet room with a charming view after all the exploration and adventure.Inside my room everything was clean and with a touch of modern decoration and color. My bathroom included a spacious tub and my bed was very comfortable under the well regulated room air conditioning. I enjoyed being close to several shopping districts including Central World and Siam Paragon where I ended up walking to the next morning.I very much enjoyed the staff at this site with complements going to the bar crew. Both nights there I spent time enjoying a beer and discussing how local life was for these friendly and energetic folks. On my last morning I took part in the breakfast buffet and I was surprised to see how many options for food were available. Overall this was a great stay that I recommend and would gladly revisit upon my return.

Visited this restaurant for the dinner buffet in July during the Indian food festival. The service was excellent. Staff were very polite and friendly, especially K. Sanan and K. Gift. The food variety was good, and everything was delicious. I loved the mussels in white wine and the grilled pork with Thai sauce. Serving food in small portions is a great idea because we could taste many things. The desserts were good too, especially the sago with cantaloupe and Indian sweets. There is also a nice tea corner. It was a great dinner and I recommend it!

I would like to give special recognition to Jennie at the reception for her outstanding hospitality and exceptional service during my stay at Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit. Jennie was incredibly warm, professional, and welcoming. What truly stood out was her willingness to accommodate my early arrival and arrange an early check-in at 9:00 AM at no additional cost. After travelling, being able to access my room so early was incredibly convenient and made a great difference to my stay. Her genuine kindness, attentiveness, and can-do attitude truly reflect 5-star hospitality. Jennie went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and well taken care of from the moment I arrived. Thank you, Jennie, for making my stay such a pleasant experience. Hilton Bangkok Ploenchit is very fortunate to have someone like you representing the hotel. I would definitely look forward to staying here again!

Wonderful hotel, conveniently located both by car and BTS (public transportation). Very clean rooms, beautiful atrium, and dining area. Most importantly very hospitable staff, a big shout out to Khun Soda at the front desk for welcoming us and her kindness during our 2-day stay here. Thank you Khun Sam for looking after our baggage when we arrived and for a few hours after we checked out. You have a repeat guest in us. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

We checked in at 3:30am and the reception staff was super pleasant and helpful. We had breakfast in the lobby at 4:00pm and the staff was super friendly and helpful. Sanan has to be one of the most helpful and friendliest person I have ever met. He continued to check on us to ensure that everything came out to our liking down to how I wanted my food cooked. If I had to rate him is is a SOLID 20 OUT 10!! Buay was our server who continued to ensure that we had what we needed.
