Unfortunately, our stay at Dusit Suites Ratchadamri was not a good experience at all. Upon arrival, the reception asked me to pay again for our three-night stay, despite having already prepaid through Booking.com. I had to repeatedly insist and show my payment confirmation before the issue was resolved. We were assigned a room on the 10th floor, and upon entering, we immediately noticed mosquitoes in the bedroom. The plates were not properly cleaned, and the coffee machine was broken and leaking water. The facilities were equally disappointing. The steam room and sauna were not working, the gym was extremely hot with no functioning air conditioning, and the treadmill would suddenly stop while in use, which is a serious safety concern. The gym equipment was also outdated, with very limited options for a supposedly 5-star hotel. Hygiene standards throughout the facilities were poor. The only positive experience was the swimming pool area, which our kids enjoyed. There were also a few genuinely lovely and helpful staff members who deserve recognition. Overall, the hotel fell far below our expectations, particularly in terms of maintenance, cleanliness, and facilities. Definitely not the 5-star experience we expected.

Fabulous stay at Dusit Suites Hotel. The Reception staff were very welcoming and helpful. The Bar staff too. The one bedrooms apartment was spotlessly clean. A beautiful bathroom with a bath and separate walk-in shower. Great views from the 7th floor. Complimentary evening drinks with snacks. What’s not to like?

Impeccable service by the most smiling, hospitable and well-trained hotel team. The staff is always proactive, going the extra mile. We were wowed when, while walking towards the lift, a housekeeper who was in the area but closer to the lift landing area, turned around and called it for us. Wow. You get the feeling of a welcoming, cosy, 5* hotel. - Rooms are spacious and clean. - Breakfast has variety and taste. - Location 2minutes from the metro station. Hats off to Khun Songhee Ha for the achievement (who, by the way, is always around and smiling)

Great location near the BTS and the breakfast is decent. The atmosphere is quiet and peaceful, offering beautiful views of the city. However, the room needs maintenance: the sofa has a musty smell, the towels look old, and the shower head is leaking.

A five night stay here on holiday. Convenient location for the SkyTrain, however not much around the hotel. Our one bedroom suite was a little dated but very clean. The towels had see better days with frayed edges and holes, quite a simple thing for a hotel to get right. The Dusit Gormet had good food and we ate the once in the evening. The buffet breakfast was good with a decent choice for the price we paid. The restaurant is just to small for breakfast and sometimes you end up sitting in the lobby, not ideal. The construction next door didn't bother us, but would if you wanted to relax next to the pool, though temporary and out of the hotels control. The negative part was the pool. It is filthy, scum all round the side and green algae on the rock parts. You can see where that have replaced tiles and those bits are clean. None of the water jets work and the loungers have seen better days. Really disappointed and only used it once, it's not very inviting when you can scrap the dirt of the tiles with your fingernail. We would not return to this location. If you never use a pool it is a good value choice.

We stayed there for 6 nights, the room setup was great, the amenities convenient but what stands out the most was the amazing service provided by the staff from start to finish. They especially helped us with all our luggages and they always went the extra step with a smile to make sure we were comfortable which is greatly appreciated when you travel with a toddler.

Great stay for almost 2 years in Dusit Suites Hotel Ratchadamri. Spacious and convenient. Few steps away from the BTS station. Close to Lumpini park and central malls. Staffs are very helpful. Couldn’t ask for more. Special thanks to Keng for always assisting me and to the housekeepers and front desk for always welcoming with a smile.

Staff at the desk were friendly and we were "upgraded" (though as we booked a 2 bed suite and got one just past the dusty office on the 12th floor I'm not sure how/what to). It is a perfectly adequate "suites" hotel but it is no way a 5 star hotel I'm afraid and has some drawbacks so do be aware. The location is handy for the train and a 15 minute walk from some good places but then so are many other hotels, and they aren't situated down a bizarrely inconvenient alleyway that is next to a building site and dimly lit. The shower was a hotel shower from the 1980s. A weird old shower head that is then either freezing cold or boiling hot. But don't worry, there is a laminated card telling you which way to turn the handle! The pool is freezing all day as is in the shade and things look tired around it. The towels look a bit...beige... And there is a pool table there that is scratched, missing some balls, has broken sticks. They may as well just take it out to be honest. We have teabags in the room but then for some reason to have any milk would be charged to room service. Bizarre. I was fine with long life stuff but no... The only milk available would have to come from room service. It is not all bad as the room is massive and the bed is comfy, which is good. We're also in Bangkok (!) so we'll be out almost all of the day but this is a bit sad to come back to frankly.
