Dear Pasquale Antonio, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such a detailed and thoughtful review. We truly appreciate your kind comments regarding our team, service, comfortable beds, shower, room service, and the cleanliness of our hotel. We’re also pleased to hear that you enjoyed our location, the surrounding cafés and restaurants, and our complimentary tuk-tuk service. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience regarding the THB 3,000 security deposit not being clearly communicated prior to your arrival. We also regret that the room view did not meet your expectations despite your reservation. Your feedback is very helpful, and we will review how we can communicate these details more clearly and ensure our room descriptions better match our guests’ expectations. Regarding our fitness centre, we would also like to clarify that we do provide dumbbells in several sizes for our guests’ use. However, we sincerely apologize that we do not currently have the heavier-weight dumbbell sets suitable for heavy lifting. We appreciate your feedback and will certainly take this into consideration for our future improvements. Thank you again for your honest and constructive feedback. We’re delighted that, overall, you had a good stay with us, and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back to Bangkok again in the future. 😊 Warm regards, Nantanakinee Rumjai Front Office Manager
