I see many bad negatives reviews. But to me, this is best & affordable hotel for me as solo travel. Everything is 5 star to me. The staff are friendly. The environment is safe. Will repeat again to stay here in future, because the location of this hotel is very near to IcomSiam. Keep maintaining the good service 🙏🏼

Hard hard beds. Has a kettle but no coffee. Wear and tear to the room. Has a kitchen, but cooks no food for the customers. They order it in. 800 meters to the BTS station. 500 meters to a eating place and the 7-11. No English-speaking channels on the TV. The staff were acceptable.

Very good place. At first I feel scared when I saw the comments on Google map after I booked the room, but after I get the room I found everything is perfect, nice room, nice view and convenient to everywhere, the people here very nice and kind as well.

I am absolutely satisfied with my stay, especially how the staff did their best to help us with anything we ask for or need help with. They are very lovely and polite. You can choose from breakfast options for each day seperately or for your hole stay ( tasty and fresh). A very lovely lady cleans our room every day, the only inconvenience was that there were no bathrobes,slippers and soap. Also, if you're planning to spend the most of your time inside the hotel, maybe you won't like it, but for us, who spend the hole day outside and came mainly to sleep it was absolutely perfect. We will choose this hotel again if we appear in Bangkok.

The minute we arrived at the hotel, it smelled terrible. Had to hold my breath every time I stepped into the lift because of the terrible musty smell. Staff was limited. The room was big but old and not kept. You can see they don’t even bother cleaning it properly - everything was dusty. You can even see under the bedside lamp it’s filled with dust like it hasn’t been cleaned in ages. AC was working but smelled. Bed was terrible and breaking down. Bathroom was ok, had hot water but the shower curtain was disgusting. We ordered room with breakfast but it meant choosing one menu and it was put on the hotel lobby table with our room number and it was cold. They didn’t even bother asking for the next two days - and we didn’t bother asking as well because it was so bad and we preferred eating out. Overall terrible experience, would never come back.

I stayed at this hotel and my first impression was very positive.|The room was clean and cozy, the bed linen was fresh, and everything was neat and well-prepared. There were hygiene amenities available — everything seemed carefully arranged for guests’ comfort. Unfortunately, I couldn’t stay longer than one night because all the windows in the hotel are completely locked and there is no way to let in fresh air. The wall air-conditioner only circulates the existing air in the room without bringing in oxygen from outside, which quickly makes the atmosphere heavy and stuffy. I truly appreciate the staff’s understanding — they were kind enough to refund my payment, for which I’m sincerely grateful. I just hope the hotel will consider adding proper ventilation or allowing partial window opening in the future, as fresh air is not a luxury — it’s a basic need for comfort and health.

Goog location. Very busy hotel. At first front desk person seam not friendly, but only because overwhelmed by work. Later I realized they were very nice. There is a balcony on the rooms, but you can't use it because of security reasons. When I arrived my room had a very strong bleach smell. I asked manager the permission to open the balcony door in order to have fresh air and let bleach smell leave the room. I signed a document in order to take responsibility for opening the door. Great good

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location is very convenient it’s walking distance to ICONSIAM and there’s also a 7-Eleven nearby, which made everything super easy. The place is clean and the staff cleans the room every day, which we really appreciated.Also comes with a microwave and access to laundry facilities, so whenever we bought food from 7-Eleven, we could easily heat it up. Very convenient!The only downside was the refrigerator. It made a loud noise at night, which disturbed our sleep, so we had to unplug it. Overall, it’s still a very good place to stay comfortable, convenient, and great value for the location. Would recommend!
