Do not stay here - health compromising and disappointing experience. The hotel is extremely dated and in urgent need of renovation. More concerning, however, were the cleanliness and air quality. There was visible mold in the room, along with a strong, persistent damp smell that made the environment feel unhealthy and uncomfortable. When I reported this, staff sprayed air freshener, which only temporarily masked the smell rather than addressing the root cause. I was then moved to another room, which had a very strong bleach smell - so overpowering it was difficult to stay in. As the bleach smell faded, the same damp, moldy odour became noticeable again. It quickly became clear this is not an isolated issue. You can smell the dampness as soon as you step off the escalator, it’s throughout the hotel. The use of air freshener and bleach makes it seem like the hotel is aware of the issue but attempting to mask it rather than properly fix it. Mold and damp are not just unpleasant - they pose real health risks, particularly for respiratory issues and allergies. Staying in these conditions felt unsafe. I chose to check out early. I was offered a third room, but declined as it was clear the issue is widespread throughout the hotel. Despite explaining the situation, I was told that nothing could be done due to the non-refundable rate. This response from management was extremely disappointing. For your own health, safety and comfort, stay somewhere else.

AUGUST 2026: Jumanji Circus Hotel in Crisis. This hotel used to be my family's favorite place to stay in Bangkok. We have been returning here for the past five years, but sadly, this will be our last visit as of August 2026. We have already started looking for an alternative for future trips. The hotel appears to have launched a successful social media marketing campaign on Snapchat and Instagram using influencers from some countries, which is perfectly fine. Chatgpt directs anyone looking for a good place to stay in Bangkok to this hotel. The problem is that it has completely changed the atmosphere of the hotel. What was once a relaxing family hotel has turned into what I can only describe as Jumanji circus in crisis. The entire property is now dominated by loud, unruly, and unsupervised children, usually accompanied only by loud nannies while their parents are nowhere to be seen. From 7:00 a.m. until midnight, and sometimes even later, there is constant screaming, running, jumping, and shouting throughout the hotel. The elevators, lobby, corridors, reading lounges, quiet areas, gym, spa, and pool have effectively become indoor playgrounds. Children run through the hallways, jump on sofas in the adult reading areas, the smart TVs in these common spaces play Minecraft YouTubers instead of relaxing content, and even the massage chairs are occupied by children for long periods. Whether you are trying to read a book, work out, relax at the spa, or simply enjoy the facilities, you are surrounded by constant screaming, running, and shouting from early morning until midnight. On several occasions, I witnessed children having loud arguments and exchanging offensive language with their nannies in English, with no adult intervention. The lack of supervision is astonishing. Unfortunately, the hotel staff seem unwilling or unable to enforce even basic standards of behavior in shared spaces. There is little attempt to preserve quiet areas or ensure that all guests can enjoy the facilities. Another noticeable issue is the strong cooking odors, particularly heavily spiced food, lingering in the corridors, which further detracts from what should be a pleasant hotel environment. Housekeeping was particularly unacceptable. Our apartment had clearly not been properly cleaned. We found underwear and pajamas in the closets, socks under the bed, and sweets and chewing gum left behind by previous guests in drawers. We reported the cleaning issue to the front desk when we arrived. The food quality has also deteriorated, and members of our family experienced gastrointestinal illness after eating at the hotel on more than one occasion. Even basic operations seem overwhelmed, including shortages of room key cards or bellman service, while front desk service has become noticeably less welcoming. To make matters worse, the hotel itself is beginning to look quite run down and is clearly in need of refurbishment. What was once a modern and comfortable hotel no longer feels that way. This property was once a peaceful and enjoyable place for families, which makes the decline even more disappointing. Online ratings may still be high, but they certainly did not reflect our experience in August 2026. It is no longer somewhere you can truly relax. Would I stay here again?|Absolutely not. After five years of loyalty, this visit has convinced us that it is time to move on. We have already started looking for another hotel for our future stays in Bangkok.

Good stay - got a room for 4 of us. It was spacious. Nice big dining table for us to eat takeaway together. Provided complimentary Thai snacks for us which was a nice touch. Had facilities like game room but always used by kids so din get to try, tried the swimming pool and private jacuzzi tub in the ladies - pretty good and peaceful. Locations was ok but still need to walk about 17mins+ to the Centralworls or big C supermarket area. Only feedback is the windows are made of wooden blinds with no further blackout curtains, the rooms become very bright very early in the morning (before 7am) so affected the sleep int eh morning, wish hotel could consider how to provide more options for room to have ways to blackout and prevent too much sun from coming in in tht morning.

The room size exceeded expectations—incredibly spacious and designed with apartment-style conveniences that make a huge difference for comfort: • ​Fully Equipped Kitchen & Washing Machine • ​Bathroom: Beautifully appointed featuring a deep soaking bathtub ​The location strikes a fantastic quick connectivity, Only a 3–5 minute walk to BTS Ratchadamri and roughly 10 minutes to BTS Chit Lom. A 7-Eleven is located right nearby The hotel boasts an impressive sauna facility and Features a vibrant, resort-style outdoor pool deck (Minor Downside). Its a luxury area so no instant Availability of street food. However, with the BTS station so close by, getting to major food hubs and night markets is effortless. We stay for 7 nights during family holiday trip. The aparthotel just perfect! The room is spacious with clean well maintained facilities. Completed with both shower and bath tube, the water hot & cold n well flowing. Provided with kitchnette and washing with drying machine that trully helpfull when travelling long days with the kids. The location just perfect, within walking distance to CentralWorld shopping centre and only 1-2 km to another Siama or MBK. The breakfast food is below standard of 4 stars hotel, quite simple but enough. They make separate section between Asian (non halal) to the ‘no pork no lard’ section which helpful for us as moslem visitor. Certainlg we will return should we have any change to visit Bangkok again. Hopefully they will serve more of halal foods and could be better if certified, since we also aknowledge about many other guests from middle-east countries. Getting the halal certificate for their buffet believe will attract more potential moslem visitors from around the world, worth to invest!!

Fantastic hotel with spacious rooms and a great city view! I stayed in a suite, and it was excellent — spacious, comfortable, and very well-equipped. The suite had a fully functional kitchen with a stove, oven, and sink, along with a separate living room and bedroom. Both rooms had large TVs, and the work desk offered a fantastic view of the Bangkok skyline. Having a washing machine in the room was also a really convenient touch, especially for a longer stay. The location is excellent, with CentralWorld, Siam, Platinum Mall, and many other attractions just a few minutes’ walk away. There’s also a BTS station close to the hotel, making it very convenient to get around Bangkok. The staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. A special mention to the room service team, who were exceptionally helpful and responsive. For families, the hotel has a kids play area and a good-sized swimming pool. The guest lounge is another highlight, with a couple of PlayStations, a racing/driving setup, and other entertainment options. I really enjoyed my stay here and would definitely love to come back on my next visit to Bangkok!

This is truly luxurious hotel. But lets get the only negative out of the way. AC even at its lowest speed is quite loud. So light sleeper take note. But otherwise everything was 5 star. I got some type of junior suite upgrade which was great. The highlights were the pool with great free indoor spa (saunas and jacuzzi). The library/lounge with massage chairs was fantastic as was the gaming room. Good hotel overall!

Great location and a very comfortable stay overall. We had two spacious, clean rooms next to each other on the top floor as requested, which was much appreciated. Fast elevators and reliable WiFi (~70 Mbps). Rooms are simple with comfortable large beds. Minor downsides: blackout not possible and some noise from the hallway. The rooftop pool is large and nicely surrounded by greenery, perfect for relaxing (shade during the afternoon). Breakfast has a strong Asian selection, while the European options are more average; coffee is decent. Not a luxury hotel, but a solid, well-functioning choice with no major weaknesses.
