What an incredible stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, literally steps from the BTS National stadium! Walking distance to MBK center, Lotus's mall or even walk to siam paragon 🤩 My smoking room was spotless, huge, and the AC was perfect.wifi and large tv. 24 hrs accessable gym on the top floor, Breafast on the 7 floor. The service? Flawless! They even provided umbrellas to guest☔as it's raining season. Plus, McDonald's and CPS coffee on the ground floor! 💯

It is always another great stay at this hotel. I will choose this hotel due to location and the staffs. Walking distance to MBK and Siam Center . The staffs here are amazing and it is a great value to the hotel. The front desk were friendly and attentive . Their smiles are contagious. At the 7th floor , MOE & Thor are another 2 excellent staff we met. Both are friendly and attentive. Room 1901 which I stayed is very well maintained. It is clean and the bathroom is mould free. Kudos to the housekeeping team . The room attendant who cleaned our room is attention to detail.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights (9/15-18 ) , than come back for additional 3 nights. (9/21-24 ). There are very helpful staff and value of the money. The hotel is 3 minutes walk to BTS station and 10 min to MBK mall there has one of best currency change at third floor (super rich Green ) as well as a food court. One station away Siam there is a major shipping area with all most things you needs. There is a river boot station back side of the hotel with 10 minutes walk that can reach many destinations that very interesting to try it. I would like to thank the hotel staff, especially Front desk manager Natty who given me the feeling: a home away home, and her staff Tualeh and Neaw.

had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel’s location is excellent and very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and transportation. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always greeted us with a genuine smile. They were attentive, professional, and happy to help whenever we needed assistance, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for a relaxing trip. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and outstanding service. I would definitely choose to stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Thank you for making our stay so memorable!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (4/5) Very good stay overall at Holiday Inn Express Bangkok Siam. As an Express hotel, it delivers exactly what you expect. The breakfast is simple but very good, and I really liked the option to take it to-go. There are laundry and dryer machines on the same floor (100 THB each), plus useful extras like an ice machine and a luggage scale. The room is comfortable, with a reasonable size and a very comfortable bed. The view overlooking a football field was a nice touch. Location is excellent: There is a McDonald’s right below the hotel open until late (around 2–3 AM). ATM and currency exchange machines are available. A good massage shop is nearby. Multiple 7-Eleven stores are within walking distance. The BTS station is very close and easy to reach. There is also a small coffee shop near the parking area (Barista) that serves excellent coffee ☕ Minor downside : Sound insulation could be improved. The windows and rooms are not fully soundproof, especially since the hotel is on a main road, so you may hear some outside noise. However, the area is generally quiet at night, so it’s not a major issue. Overall, great value for money and I would stay again 👍

Conveniently located hotel just 7-8 mins walk from national stadium BTS & MBK mall. Room has all the basic essentials and for the price it’s ok. There are other similar priced options that has better styled rooms but might need to compromise on locations. I’d give this a 3.5-4 rating for the rooms. Size is just nice for 2 persons with a small-medium suitcase. Nothing else larger as there’s no room to walk.

Deeply disappointing experience – we will never return. The hotel was a major disappointment. Breakfast was very limited, the service was disappointing, and the hotel did not feel family-friendly at all. There are warning signs throughout the hotel about fines and damage charges, creating an unpleasant and stressful atmosphere. If your children have accidents spill a drink, stain a towel or bedding, or wet the bed — be prepared for additional charges. We were charged THB 1,000 after our child accidentally wet the bed, and our requests for understanding were dismissed. The location is also not ideal compared with other hotels in the Siam area, so overall we found very little reason to choose this hotel again. Had I known this was how families with children would be treated, I would never have booked it. We felt unwelcome and deeply disappointed. We will never return and cannot recommend this hotel to families.
