This is the first time I have stayed in this place. Excellent location just 5 minutes walking distance from BTS Nana at Sukhumvit Soi 11. The street is full of action with clubs and bars. The front desk staff is very friendly and kind enough.Rooms are good with basic necessities. Special mention about Wilson who is very helpful and always smiling. He takes good care of the guests. One of the most disappointing hotel stays I have had in a long time. I simply cannot understand how a hotel in this price category can consider this level of service acceptable. For TWO NIGHTS in a row, getting a proper night’s sleep was almost impossible. The guests in the room next door were extremely loud, constantly banging and making noise, and the disturbance even reached my hotel room door. I do not pay for a hotel room to spend my nights listening to other guests making excessive noise. What made the situation even worse was the hotel’s response. I reported the problem and expected management to take the matter seriously, find a proper solution, and take some responsibility. The response? Essentially just: “Sorry.” That was it. After two seriously disturbed nights, I find such a response completely inadequate and disrespectful to a paying guest. I therefore requested reasonable compensation. Instead of receiving a professional response, I was left with the impression that my complaint was simply being brushed aside as quickly as possible. This is certainly not what I consider good customer service. The breakfast was another disappointment. For the price charged by this hotel, I found both the selection and quality very poor. On top of that, I experienced the service from one of the Filipino breakfast staff members as extremely unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was very little sense of hospitality. A hotel can have attractive rooms and nice decoration, but what really matters is how it treats its guests, especially when something goes wrong. In my experience, Le Petit Salil failed badly in this respect. Two nights of serious noise disturbance, a disappointing breakfast, unfriendly service, and then having my complaint effectively dismissed with a simple “sorry” — this is absolutely not worth the money I paid. I WILL NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN. Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend Le Petit Salil. Anyone paying these prices should be able to expect much better — especially when it comes to peace and quiet, hospitality, and the professional handling of legitimate complaints. For me: NEVER AGAIN.

We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The position is perfect, only a 5-minute walk to the station. We booked a Premium Room on a high floor, which was clean, well-maintained, and offered plenty of space. The view of the Thailand skyline from the room was stunning, and it was completely quiet inside with zero noise from the bustling streets below. ​The service at the reception was top-notch. In particular, Chit was an absolute joy—her cheerful smile and lively enthusiasm truly made our days brighter and made our stay extra special. Wilson was also very cooperative and helpful. ​Everything combined, it was a wonderful stay. We look forward to returning to this hotel whenever we are back in Bangkok!

Amazing stay! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Sukhumvit 11 and close to everything. The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and very reasonably priced for such a prime location. But the best part is definitely the staff. Everyone was so warm, welcoming, and genuine that I truly felt at home. I honestly didn’t want to leave! I highly recommend La Petite Salil and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We had a very frustrating stay at La Petite Salil Sukhumvit 11. Despite being advertised as a proper hotel, our experience felt far below basic standards. ​Serious Lack of Privacy & Safety: Hotel staff entered our room without permission while we were out. This is completely unacceptable and a major privacy/security concern. ​No Parking Available: The hotel offers no parking on-site, nor do they provide any assistance or guidance for finding nearby options. ​Unhelpful Reception: When we asked for help finding a parking spot for our rented scooter, the female receptionist showed zero cooperation or effort to assist us. Because there are no spots nearby, we were forced to pay out-of-pocket for external parking quite a distance away. ​Also, this hotel is a basic 2* like facility and definitely not as advertised. I would not recommend staying here.

Amazing location and I keep coming here for the past 4 years every time I am in Bangkok The still have most of the same stsff that are always kind and attentive Kun YoYo, mr Wilson kun Nong and many other that are always smiling and kind and very professional Hotel rooms are cute and clean and I love I can just walk anywhere The boiler from the street doesn't bother me too much but for some people this might be a problem. I'd recommend ear plugs but honestly its not that bad.. Overall an amazing place to stay. Also they have mexican restaurant downstairs that is also great. Just had the best tortilla there the other day Thank you so much 💓

I have stayed in this hotel multiple times now, very well priced for its location, close to everything. Every member of staff of this hotel is first class, the cleaners that make up the room, reception staff, and security. All very friendly and have made us feel very welcome every time hence why we keep coming back, we will be back in the near future, and a big thanks to Wilson (security on the door) he is always so helpful and makes us feel so welcome! Thanks

Lovely staff, beautiful accommodation. |Wilson is a great ambassador, greeting guests on arrival and helping with luggage. |Highly recommended. |Great location too, loads to see and do locally.
