Location and service - top rate. At the corner of Sukhumvit and Soi Nana, there is no better location for nightlife or restaurants and shopping in all of Bangkok. It is an older hotel - it's been there forever - but the rooms are clean and well kept. The staff, from the doormen to the receptionists, to the cleaners, are friendly, accommodating, competent, and efficient - I cannot praise them enough. Kannika, the receptionist at the front desk, is fantastic. She will arrange vehicles, give advice, find out any information you need, and do whatever she can to make your stay comfortable and easy. Sure, you can stay at a 5-star hotel, but if you want 5-star service at 3-star prices, it will be hard to beat this venerable old place.

A cosy hotel right on the side of the famous Nana intersection at the centre of Sukhumvit. Location is excellent with the BTS station being only a 2 minutes walk. The staff was nice and helpful and there was daily housekeeping. The breakfast doesn't have a lot of options, but its ok. The sound from the busy road may be a problem for some guests in the lower floors. But this hotel covers all the basics, and is located in an excellent location; itis very good value for the price.

If you want to be in heart of the nightlife then this is your place. Another plus is it close to the hospital I need to go to. The staff was very friendly and helpful. You get a free welcome drink on arrival. The hotel is right on Sukhumvit but the rooms are pretty well insulated so the noise is reduced. I also sleep with white noise so it never bothered me. I loved that the room had a tub and the toilet a bidet. The AC worked very well as well as the WiFi.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this hotel. I was considering booking a stay, but before I could even enter and inquire properly, I was treated very poorly by the security guard at the entrance. The guard was rude, dismissive, and behaved in an unprofessional manner. I felt unwelcome from the moment I arrived. As an Indian visitor, I was particularly disturbed by the way I was spoken to and treated compared to other guests around me. The interaction left me feeling humiliated and disrespected. A hotel’s first impression often comes from its front-line staff, and unfortunately, this experience completely changed my perception of the property. No potential guest should be made to feel unwelcome or discriminated against. I hope the management investigates this incident seriously, provides proper training to its staff, and ensures that all visitors are treated with dignity and respect. Based on this experience, I would not consider staying here and cannot recommend the hotel to others.

Great hotel, lovelly staff, great rooms... keeping it short, but this is a really nice well located hotel. I stay here nearly every visit to thailand over the last 10+ years. |Rooms are well equipped, excellent attention to detail on even the smallest of things. |See my previous reviews for this hotel. Never disappoints.

A very warm greeting was received from the wonderful reception staff. Breakfast was not included in my booking so I cannot comment on it. The hotel is located in the Nana area, so it is easy to get to other areas by BTS, and it is also a short Grab ride away from the station taking you to the airport. Nana is great for the Bangkok nightlife if you are interested in it. The cleaning staff keep the room well presented and were always friendly when I saw them.

Location was good as it was near Nana station. T21 is also nearby. Rooms were clean, service was fine, good value and staff were friendly. The room in the photos has a window (as you can partially see) and there were around 15 air conditioning motors right there. I couldn't sleep the first night and asked to be moved which they did (no problems). Other than this it was great value for money and the staff were great.

For the price you can’t fault it. The staff are lovely and really helpful. The rooms are clean and done daily. I loved the 2 bottles of water and fridge (working) to put them in. The kettle and makings are a bonus tho if you like your tea strong bring your own English teabags. My only grouch that my bath needed re enamelling/replacing (tho it worked! If you sleep lightly then choose an even numbered room ie 702 as it’s away from the main drag which is busy most of the time… would be happy to here again as is only 3 min walk from Nana BTS 👍🏻
