Loved this hotel. Comfortable clean close to everything and fantastic rooftop pool. Staff were friendly and helpful. Whilst it’s in the main area it’s quiet you certainly get a good nights sleep! It is literally in the shopping area across the road from MBK and trains are a short walk up the stairs. Reasonable price and theres even a 7/11 on the ground floor. Certainly stay there again.

Dear Mercure Bangkok Management Team, I recently stayed at your hotel to celebrate my wedding anniversary and overall the location was excellent for shopping and very convenient. However, I had a disappointing experience at check-out that really spoiled the end of our stay. We had booked two rooms. At check-in, we were given our rooms around 2:30 PM. I called the reception in advance to request a late check-out because of this. The first receptionist kindly confirmed that it would be okay. Later, another staff member called and said that only one room could have late check-out until 1:00 PM, and that the kids’ room needed to check out immediately. When I explained that your colleague had already confirmed late check-out for both rooms, the staff member became argumentative and did not honor the earlier confirmation. This created a rush and unnecessary stress at check-out. It was not a smooth process and unfortunately it spoiled what should have been a relaxing end to our anniversary stay. I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter regarding the inconsistent information and the way the request was handled. Clear communication and honoring commitments are very important, especially for special occasions. Thank you for your attention. I hope you can address this with your team so future guests do not have the same experience. Sincerely, Ali A. Yusif

We had a wonderful stay at the Mercure Bangkok Siam. The location is excellent, with easy access to many shopping areas and transport options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Yim, who welcomed us on arrival and also assisted us when we checked out. Our room on the 27th floor had a fantastic view of the city, which made the stay even more special. Room service was also efficient and attentive. We ordered lunch in our room, and the grilled salmon with vegetables was delicious. As we were on our honeymoon and my husband was celebrating his birthday, the hotel thoughtfully surprised us with a birthday cake delivered to our room. It was a lovely gesture that we truly appreciated.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at the restaurant in Mercure Hotel Bangkok Siam, where I was attended to by Sakky. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us with a warm smile and a positive attitude that set the tone for our meal. Sakky's politeness and attentiveness were exceptional, making sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. Having worked in customer service for many years, I can confidently say that his professionalism exemplifies the qualities essential in the industry. His friendliness and dedication truly enhanced our dining experience. Sakky is undoubtedly a valuable asset to the hotel, and I look forward to returning to see him again. The Mercure Hotel Bangkok Siam is perfectly situated within walking distance to MBK Centre and Siam Discovery, making it ideal for shopping and dining. The nearby BTS station also offers easy access to explore the city, adding to the hotel's convenience. An excellent location for both leisure and business travelers! In addition, when we first checked in at the hotel, we were greeted by Dej ( concierge ) who is very helpful and attentive. He even helped us to book a reservation at a Chinese restaurant in Chinatown as we don’t speak the language. Upon checking out, both Dej and Nhui were very helpful in assisting with our luggage and arranging transport for us to the airport. Overall, the staff has been very helpful, polite and attentive during our stay here. Will definitely recommended my friends or anyone who read this post to stay at this hotel.

The bellboy Sam was great and excellent !!! He help me kept my mango sticky rice in the fridge. But not the receptionist. Her service is very bad!!! Before we came I wrote in Agoda to ask for room extension time for check out. But no email and no reply!!! Yr staff never do their job. Not only that this hotel receptionist is prejudice against people. Like the 2 bottles of water is free and this is the wifii password. Explanation was very clear to 1 of your hotel guest. I don't mention which country. Anyway I thought the room, location & the service was good when I came at 1st. Now I have to consider of going to other hotels. If this is what you call service line or your hotel preferred certain country guest to check in please indicate during your guests booking!!!
