We stayed at Metz Pratunam Hotel for 4 nights and had a wonderful experience. Although the room was on the smaller side, it was exceptionally clean, well-organized, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The staff truly made our stay special. Every single one of them was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming whenever we saw them. Their hospitality was outstanding and made us feel right at home✨ The location is excellent—just a short walk to Platinum Fashion Mall, with plenty of massage shops and a 7-Eleven nearby. Despite being so close to everything, the hotel was surprisingly quiet, and we never experienced any road noise, which made for a great night’s sleep. We also really appreciated that the hotel staff helped us arrange a tuk-tuk at a fair price, helping us avoid the inflated fares that tourists are sometimes charged. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Metz Pratunam Hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, well-located hotel with genuinely amazing staff. We would definitely stay here again on our next visit to Bangkok!

We booked here because there were only a couple of negative reviews (8 mths ago) for this hotel. Turns out we were not wrong choosing this hotel. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds are very comfortable. Location is great. Walking distance to Pratunam markets, 7-11, lovely pastry cafes, couple of great massage centers just literally next door so that I can get my massage and not have to walk more than 100 back. This is a family run business so the owner is very hands on and attentive to our needs:- from supplying extra tissue, hanger and replacing remote control batteries; the service is literally instant and I mean it. They are great help to book grab, tuk tuk and airport taxi. Noise is quite minimal. My only complain is there are no hangers in the bathroom... Have feedback to the owners. Will not hesitate to stay here again in future. Great value for money.

A very affordable hotel with a great location right in Pratunam. There are plenty of hotels, massage shops, and 7-Eleven stores nearby, and just a short walk away you’ll find a morning market.The bed is very comfortable, the water pressure is strong, and the room is clean. There’s also a welcome drink upon arrival and even desserts during check-out.The service is excellent — the staff are all very friendly and always greet you warmly whenever you leave or return.Btw, this is my second time staying at this hotel!

The location of the hotel is superb. short walking distance to Pratunam morning and night markets. Lots of eateries nearby and around the hotel. Also walking distance (by crossing the overhead bridge) to get to Platinum Shopping Mall, Centra Mall and the Big C Supermart. Checking in was easy and quick. Most of the rooms met our expectation, reasonable size except Room 605 which is exceptional small and cramp for 2 pax. The room, bath, toilet are clean. The sheets and towels are clean and sparkling white. The bed is big (king size). The bed and the pillow are comfortable. The necessary amenities are provided. The hotel has a lift. The staff are helpful and friendly and they speak good english. The breakfast was sufficient with a lot of choices.|Would definitely recommend to friends and relatives and would stay here again. Cons: The road outside the hotel is too congested and traffic jam. No place to stop for pickup or drop-off. Would be feasible if converted to one way street. Proper walk path or foot path needed for pedestrians and to ensure pedestrians safety.

One of the hotels that truly leaves a warm and welcoming impression. Every staff member is incredibly friendly and helpful—from the security guards who always greet guests with a smile, to the front office team, and even the staff preparing breakfast. The rooms are not very large, but they are always tidy, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. While the breakfast selection is somewhat limited, the food is consistently delicious. I also have to mention the fresh orange juice, which is always refreshing and amazingly has the same perfect sweetness every day! The hotel is in a convenient location and the surrounding area is clean and pleasant, even though it is not situated on a major road. Overall, I highly recommend this place! 💖✨

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The property was clean, modern, and very well maintained. The staff were welcoming(with refreshments and sweets before and after our stay), friendly, and always ready to help, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, shops, mall, nightmarket etc. Our room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay(They also upraded our room). Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to staying here again.

Room had everything you need and the staff treated me like I was in first class the whole time. Drink when I arrived and when I left and even asked if I wanted any more breakfast.

I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was so nice and helpful. It was cleaned and always felt fresh. The location is ideal for massages, head spa, cafés and shopping. There is a big 7/Eleven at 1min walk.
