My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Mode Sathorn Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help in any way they could. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making our stay very enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options to choose from each morning. One of the highlights of our stay was the rooftop, where we enjoyed the stunning views along with the excellent service. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend Mode Sathorn Hotel to anyone visiting Bangkok. We would definitely stay here again!

Great hotel in the heart of Bangkok! Love the excellent service and surely my room with bathtub overlooking the city! Great price with breakfast and also I love the rooftop! Would definitely come back here and I really recommend this hotel ! The BTS station just at the front and also nice coffee shop at the front. And the pool is absolutely amaziiing ♥️

Had a couple of nights in the Mode Sathorn with my son. Very good location for BTS which is a great way of getting about. Grab is also easy and cheap in Bangkok but slower because of the crazy traffic.|Found it to be very clean. Room was very high up so great view. Separate beds both large and comfy. Robes and slippers available and fridge in room. I did feel it had a bit of a tired vibe though even though it looked quite luxurious at first glance. The sheets were discoloured like someone put them in with a blue shirt. The socket by the bed was not attached to the wall properly so it felt a little dangerous plugging in my phone. I couldn't get the bath plug to stay down so gave up trying and the bath attachments were also rickety (the one you turn to raise the bath plug just fell off in my hand) |The breakfast was nice - standard Thai buffet where they will happily cook your eggs to order and there are all sorts of nice pastries and fruit. We did try the restaurant which offers a brilliant view, but found the food average and not that hot when it did arrive. The pool was closed whilst we were there. Staff were lovely.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ We love Thailand and rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was disappointing for the price. The room was spacious, clean, and the beds were comfortable, but many details felt cheaply finished. Upon arrival - The reception staff were polite but lacked the warm Thai hospitality we've experienced elsewhere. Breakfast had very limited variety and was almost the same every day. The biggest disappointment was the gym: old equipment, no working air conditioning, and not even complimentary drinking water. Our booking was for three people, yet we received only two towels and two bottles of water each day. The location is good, but we've stayed in much better hotels in Thailand for a similar price. The lady at the travel desk was the friendliest person in the hotel. Unfortunately, we wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Since this was a business conference, it was not a personal choice. I had spent a week previous in another hotel in Bangkok with more facilities and double the space for half the price, and found the lack of a chair or desk in the room difficult since I had work to do. On the other hand, the bathroom was enormous, the big bath relaxing, and city views spectacular. They had excellent snacks and drinks in the conference section and helpful staff. I didn't get good access to wifi but had a cheap sim card from the airport so used my own phone for internet. | Breakfast was excellent, with Western and Thai choices. Meals were generally good though pricey, so when not provided by the conference we went offsite to cheaper alternatives with more choice, some within walking distance. The Coffee Club out front was good for snacks and drinks. I saw others using the option of food delivery. | It was central for train and taxis and the travel desk extremely helpful in advising how to get around, with destinations written in Thai to show taxi drivers and at ticket windows. | I enjoyed the L-shaped rooftop pool with closeup views of trains passing by, but opening hours were a bit limited for use, especially if business kept you busy during daylight.| Another difficulty was lack of communication, as I tried 3 times (by email and their website contact page) before arrival to get my leaving date changed, as well as at the check-in desk when I arrived, but they charged for that night not stayed anyway and then said they 'couldn't do refunds'. After persistent enquiry, they did give a room credit for laundry, the only option they offered.

Overall, this was a great hotel and we had a very enjoyable stay. We were fortunate to stay on the 36th floor with an amazing view, and we were very satisfied with both the room and the service throughout our stay. One real positive was the hotel’s helpfulness when I had an issue with an additional night booked through Agoda. The hotel tried to contact the travel provider but did not receive a response. I ultimately had to cancel the Agoda booking and book the extra night directly with the hotel instead. The only disappointment was on my departure day. This was one of the more expensive hotels in the area, so I expected a little more flexibility. As I had to leave for the airport at 10:30 PM, I could not use the breakfast included in my rate the following morning. I asked whether the hotel could offer something of comparable value or remove the breakfast from the rate, especially as I stayed for six nights. Unfortunately, neither was possible, and only a 100 THB reduction was offered. Apart from this small disappointment, everything else went very smoothly, and I would still recommend the hotel.

We stayed at the mode for 4 nights. All of the Staff were absolutely amazing and could not do enough for us 10/10. Special mention to Tae for all his help through out our stay, his professional, manners, kindness and respect really made our stay so enjoyable 😁. Location was perfect BTS station right outside the hotel doors & 7/11 on the corner. The coffee club cafe also was a big hit with us in the hotel, food & staff were so lovely. Would highly recommend this hotel.

We arrived at a busy time. There were people everywhere. We were told to sit and wait but there were no seats and it all felt a bit chaotic. When we got to our room, an executive room, we were surprised at how big it was. It had a lovely window ledge to sit on and admire the view. The room had everything we needed but it just didn’t have a nice homely welcoming feel I’ve had in other places. There were a few marks on the bed and a stain on the bed cover. There was an awful smell in the toilet which we reported immediately. The smell would come and go The toilet is separate from the bathroom. We reported it on the second day too - we were offered a change of room but we were leaving the following day so it seemed like too much hassle. Housekeeping came in during the day but the bins were not emptied. On a positive note, the hotel is well located and the breakfast is very good. The staff are generally very friendly. The rooftop bar is lovely but very expensive.
