I had a very disappointing experience with P2 Boutique Hotel during my Bangkok Songkran trip. I booked a Flight Ticket + Hotel package through Trip.com at the end of December and fully paid in advance more than 3 months before the trip. My booking was confirmed for April 12. However, when we arrived at the hotel on April 12 in the afternoon, we were told that our reservation had already been cancelled. When we asked who cancelled it, the hotel staff said, “I don’t know.” The reason they gave was that all rooms were fully booked. Even though we had already fully paid and had a confirmed booking for over 3 months, the hotel cancelled our room without any prior notice or communication. Because of the Songkran festival, we understand that many tourists visit Bangkok, but cancelling a fully paid confirmed reservation without notice shows a lack of responsibility and professionalism. Trip.com only contacted us after we had already arrived at the hotel and discovered the cancellation ourselves. They said the hotel had just informed them. Trip.com is trying to arrange a full refund within 3 to 7 days, but this situation caused us to waste time, extra money, and energy finding another hotel urgently during a very busy festival period. I want to share this experience to warn other travelers. Even if your booking is fully paid and confirmed months in advance, there is still a risk that it may be cancelled unexpectedly. I hope the hotel will improve its management and take more responsibility in the future.

Hotel is good to stay overall, and the staff are friendly and helpful. However, there are some basic room facilities that need improvement, such as providing a tissue box in the living room and better electrical management. These are standard amenities that should be available. I also experienced a power outage while I was taking a shower, which was very inconvenient. I had to wait around 45 minutes for the electricity to come back, leaving me with wet hair and no proper lighting or facilities. Overall, while the service is nice, the hotel should improve these basic issues to provide a more comfortable stay.

There were ants and cockroaches in the room, which was really unpleasant. The slippers, tissues, and toothbrush were not replaced either. The Myanmar lady at the front desk was also not very friendly. I was disappointed with the room and the service. I hope the hotel will improve its cleanliness and customer service.

The hotel is located very close to many shopping malls which is very convenient. Our check-in time was in the evening, but we arrived in the morning and the staff kindly offered us an early check-in. It was very helpful for our family. We were 10 people including 3 kids, and the receptionist helped us arrange a van for local tours at a good rate. Rooms were clean, with good air conditioning and instant hot water. Family rooms are comfortable for small families. There are money exchange places, 7-Eleven shops, and many small street food stalls and restaurants nearby. Overall, very friendly service and a convenient place to stay. Recommended.

I booked two rooms for four nights, and it was a pleasant stay overall. The elevator, AC, bidet, and hot shower worked well. The internet was also surprisingly reliable (I stayed on the 4th floor). The staff was accommodating when I requested extra pillows. The location was convenient, with a 7-11, food stalls, and cafes nearby. They also allowed us to store our luggage in the lobby after checkout, which we appreciated. It took some walking to nearest BTS and bus stop, but still manageable.

I had a pleasant stay at P2 Boutique Hotel. The location is very convenient, close to shopping areas and many local attractions. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for a short stay. Staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. A good value option for travelers staying in Bangkok.

Got a deal for £25 a night and was happy with what I got for that. The room was comfortable, I'm not sure if I accidently selected twin beds instead of double but no big deal, was comfy and clean. My air con was slightly noisy for me but not awful, and I tend to turn those off to sleep personally. Staff were friendly and welcoming. It is in a slightly dark alley that is placed actually pretty well to step round the corner onto Pratunam's markets, which were great fun. I would use this hotel again.
