The hotel is in a strategic location surrounded by plenty of souvenir shops, eateries, and food stalls selling authentic Thai snacks like mango sticky rice, fresh fruits, and skewers. However, it is located inside a small alley, making it quite difficult for vehicles to drive right up to the front entrance. The hotel staff are very friendly and incredibly helpful. Please note that a deposit of 1,000 Baht is required upon check-in. The rooms are clean and comfortable, featuring adjustable remote-controlled AC and a bathroom with a shower. They provide complete amenities, including shower caps, cotton buds, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, a hairdryer, as well as bath towels and hand towels. There are also complimentary snacks, boxed juices, and bottled water that are refilled daily throughout the stay. In the evening, right in front of the hotel, there are street food vendors selling delicious and halal Thai dishes, such as tom yum, pad thai, and tom yum fried rice. The prices are affordable, and the waiters are quick and friendly. Overall, it was a highly enjoyable stay at Patra, and I will definitely recommend it!

I recently stayed at Patra Boutique Hotel in Bangkok and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for shopping and exploring the city. It’s within walking distance to Pratunam Market, Platinum Fashion Mall, and plenty of street food options, which made everything very accessible. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. While it’s not a luxury hotel, it definitely provides good value for money. The bed was cozy, and the basic amenities were all provided. Housekeeping did a good job keeping the room tidy throughout my stay.

A nice hotel in a great location! We stayed here for five nights, and our rooms were on the third floor. A special shout-out to the lovely housekeeping lady who looked after our floor—she did an amazing job every day and always kept the room spotless. The hotel is in a very convenient location right in the heart of Pratunam. There’s even a halal open-air restaurant directly in front of the hotel, and we ended up eating there three out of the five nights because the food was so delicious. Everything was cooked fresh right in front of us, served hot, and reasonably priced. Overall, the hotel is clean, comfortable, and offers excellent value for money. The only downside was the shower. The water never got quite warm enough, and I often felt cold while showering. I think upgrading the hot water system would make a big difference to the overall guest experience. Despite that, I would still recommend this hotel, especially if you’re looking for a well-located, budget-friendly place to stay 😊

I stayed in this particular hotel in July 2019 for 4 nights. I gotta say this is one of the best budget hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was clean, it has hot shower, aircon is working nicely, and wifi is good. The location is close to major shopping malls, and it's easy to find food nearby. The only disadvantage is that the road this hotel is located on is a bit narrow, so going there by taxi or even a tuktuk is a bit difficult not to mention there are a lot of food stalls nearby, making navigating around by car is tedious. But overall this hotel is extremely recommended.

The hotel has a very nice technician - he fixed my safe when it died, was able to turn off the room shower when it wouldn't shut off, and made it so my room locked when I exited the room. This all happened over 3 days! (Note to travelers - with electronic doors these days always check that you're not leaving it unlocked when you leave) Also, you need $1000 baht cash as a security deposit. Free water should be provided in the lobby (you do get two free bottles a day with housekeeping). And the outlets are upside down so your adapter may not work. I was able to borrow one from the desk and jury rig it with support underneath so I could charge. Wi-fi in the room is excellent, but my mouse was being moved by someone else until I turned on a VPN (another note to travelers - always use a VPN when logging in to hotel Wi-fi!) On the plus side, there is an excellent food vendor right in front associated with the hotel and it was safe to walk to the ARL at 5 am. Also the room layout is nice and my room at least had good sun. The lobby has a luggage scale which was helpful the night before checkout to help adjust my carry-on weight and put the rest in a laptop backpack

I have stayed here a couple of times. The rooms are aged but well kept and clean. The service is okay and the location is good for those who prefer walking. However, if you prefer to use vehicles, the road is very cramped up and it is not practical to call a car here unless you are checking in or checking out. Sometimes, especially at the lower floors it can get very noisy from outside.

I stayed here on January for about 6 days . Location is great.. near from pratunam market, 7-eleven, souvenir shops. If you're muslim, there's a halal restaurant nearby. The room and bathroom were clean, quiet, but they didn't provide room slippers. Overall, I enjoyed stay here

Hotel is located in alley of pratunam market but once you emerged from the narrow alleys where cars, human and pushcarts vie for space and traffic, you are directly opposite platinum mall which is very convenient but I don't like to have to navigate the alleys to get to hotel. There are a lot of local food available around the hotel and right outside and next door are pretty good stir fried local food. Hotel is clean but basic and not very modern which I neither like or dislike. Good for short stays if you wish to shop at pratunam.
