Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback following your recent stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. We are delighted to hear that you enjoyed so many aspects of your experience, particularly the attentive service from our team, the Executive Lounge, swimming pool, and the overall atmosphere of comfort and relaxation. It is also wonderful to know that you enjoyed the breakfast, afternoon tea, and evening refreshments in the lounge, and that these became some of the highlights of your stay. At the same time, we sincerely regret the inconveniences you experienced. We fully understand your concern regarding the construction noise from the neighboring area and appreciate your comments about the importance of providing clear information to guests. We are pleased, however, that our team was able to assist by relocating you to a corner room where the disturbance was reduced. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the in-room television and connectivity options. We understand how important convenient access to entertainment platforms can be, particularly for guests using iPhones, and your comments have been shared with our relevant teams for review. Most importantly, please accept our sincere apologies for the housekeeping shortcomings you described. The example of the used fork remaining in the room over consecutive days is certainly not reflective of the level of cleanliness and attention to detail we strive to provide. Your comments have been shared with our Housekeeping team for careful review and follow-up, as we fully agree that consistent and thorough room cleaning is an essential part of a comfortable hotel stay. Despite these concerns, we truly appreciate your generous recognition of our team, lounge, facilities, and overall experience, as well as your willingness to stay with us again. Your balanced and constructive feedback is extremely valuable and helps us identify where greater attention is required. Thank you once again for choosing Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. We sincerely hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and providing you with an even more seamless and enjoyable experience on your next visit. Dear Valued Guest, Thank you very much for taking the time to share such detailed and thoughtful feedback following your recent stay at Pullman Bangkok Hotel G. We are pleased to know that you appreciated the hotel itself, our convenient location, and the overall facilities. At the same time, we are truly sorry to learn that the level of hospitality and guest care you experienced did not meet your expectations. We fully understand your comments regarding the importance of proactive service and genuine attention throughout a guest’s stay. Small gestures, timely communication, and a sincere willingness to assist can make a significant difference, and we regret that you did not consistently feel this level of care from our team. We are particularly sorry that the complimentary foot massage included with your stay was not clearly communicated and that, when you tried to arrange it, the assistance provided was not as proactive or helpful as it should have been. While this may appear to be a small detail, we completely understand why it contributed to your overall impression of the service. We also appreciate you sharing your previous experience at Pullman Bali. It is clear that the warm and personal attention you received there created a lasting memory, and we regret that we were unable to provide you with the same sense of genuine hospitality during your stay in Bangkok. Your comments regarding communication, guest engagement, and proactive service have been shared with our relevant teams for careful review and follow-up. Your feedback is valuable to us as it highlights where greater attention and consistency are needed. Thank you once again for your candid and constructive comments. We sincerely hope to have another opportunity to welcome you back to Pullman Bangkok Hotel G and provide you with a warmer, more attentive, and more memorable experience.
