Although I didn’t stay at the hotel, I had the opportunity to visit for afternoon tea and lunch at the lobby lounge, and I had a wonderful experience. The lobby is absolutely beautiful, with an elegant atmosphere that feels lively and welcoming. It is a lovely place to relax and spend some time. The food was delicious, and I really appreciated that most of the menu was halal. The staff member who assisted us was very knowledgeable about the halal options and even double-checked one item to make sure it could be prepared halal, which I genuinely appreciated. After our meal, we took a walk through the hotel’s outdoor garden, and it was beautifully maintained and very peaceful. Even though I didn’t stay at the hotel this time, my visit left such a positive impression that I will definitely be booking this hotel on my next trip to Bangkok.Ae

Overall, the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff were polite and approachable, and they went out of their way to help whenever we had questions or needs. I especially liked the buffet, since it offered a good selection of dishes and everything tasted delicious. Meals were convenient and enjoyable, whether we ate breakfast or dinner. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who values comfort, excellent service, and satisfying food.

Had a wonderful stay at Sindhorn Kempinski Hotel Bangkok.The atmosphere was peaceful, luxurious, and relaxing from the moment we arrived. The staff provided excellent service, were attentive to details, and made us feel truly welcomed throughout the stay. The room was spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and fully equipped with great amenities. I especially loved the city view and the greenery surrounding the hotel, which created a calm and refreshing environment. Breakfast offered a great variety of high-quality food, and the dining area was beautifully arranged. The facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness center, were also excellent and very well maintained. Perfect for both a relaxing staycation and business trips in Bangkok.Definitely one of the hotels I would love to come back to again.

Thank you!|We received excellent help from the reception, concierge and pool teams, and breakfast was delicious, with friendly and attentive service throughout. We had a wonderful experience at the hotel! The service was excellent, the staff was incredibly attentive, and the breakfast was amazing! Great value for money! I would especially like to mention Sangarun, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. He made us feel comfortable and helped us with everything we needed, always with a genuine smile and warmth. We absolutely loved our experience. from the atmosphere to the exceptional bakery selection. The Black Forest Cake was truly outstanding — perfectly balanced and one of the best I’ve ever had. I honestly haven’t found anything quite like it anywhere else in Bangkok. What made our experience even more memorable was the wonderful service from the team. A special thank you to Ms.Nack and Ms.Ong for warm hospitality and genuine care. She made us feel incredibly well looked after throughout our visit. Thank you for making our experience so special. Loved everything about this place. The atmosphere is top-tier, and the rooms are huge, super comfortable, and packed with great amenities. The location is perfect, making it super easy to get around and very close to the city’s top luxury shopping malls. I also love that there’s a community mall just steps away. It has plenty of famous eateries, a well-stocked supermarket, and great night bars. It’s incredibly convenient if you want to hang out, grab a bite, or have a chill drink after dinner without traveling far Make sure you don't leave without trying the carrot cake. It’s perfectly balanced, not overly sweet, and absolutely lives up to the hype. Highly recommend!

Exceptional hotel with convenient shuttle service to nearby malls. The architecture is beautiful, lobby is spacious and comfortable with a lovely dessert store and restaurant. Flowers in lobby were beautiful. Extremely spacious rooms with washer, kitchen, large bathroom. Beds were comfortable and the service all throughout was perfect. Pool was unique and gave a great shaded view of the cityscape. Breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options, fresh juices, coconuts and mango sticky rice. We weren’t able to do early check in or late check out even with booking through sapphire reserve as hotel was completely booked which was understandable. Will definitely stay again!
