Aging hotel that doesn’t look like the pictures in its Trip.com entry. Several cockroach encounters, substantial street noise near a train station. The hotel cut off the hot water at night. Open shower design sprays water all over the bathroom and into the hall. Classic aging-property-needs-an-overhaul issues. I had a second stay booked here for next week, but canceled it. There are just too many better choices.Positives: staff was friendly and helpful. Elevators functioned well. Nice kitchenette.

I stayed at this hotel back in 2023, and at that time the experience was still acceptable, so I decided to return in May 2026. However, I honestly cannot believe how badly the service quality has deteriorated. Not only has nothing improved, but everything has become much worse. From the moment I checked in, I could clearly feel the unprofessional attitude of the staff. There was not even a single greeting or smile. The way they spoke was cold and unpleasant, as if guests were bothering them. The same thing happened during check-out. I have never experienced a hotel where the staff showed such little respect toward guests. The room was extremely old, dirty, and had a strong sewage-like smell all day long. Housekeeping cleaned very carelessly and the room was far from clean. What shocked me the most was that there was a dead lizard in the room for 2 days, yet the housekeeping staff never noticed or removed it. That alone shows how terrible the hygiene standards are at this hotel. I stayed for 3 nights and even had money missing from my room. When I reported the issue at the front desk, the staff showed absolutely no willingness to help. They did not proactively check, apologize, or offer any kind of solution. The way they handled the situation was extremely irresponsible and indifferent, making me feel that guest safety is clearly not something this hotel cares about. Especially the staff member in the photo had a very rude attitude toward guests, speaking in an unpleasant and disrespectful manner. This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I am truly disappointed that a place which was once acceptable in 2023 has now completely declined in both facilities and service quality. Considering the price and the way this hotel is being managed, it is absolutely not worth staying here. I will never come back and I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay at The Heritage Bangkok, mainly because of its excellent location in Silom. It offers easy access to the BTS, restaurants, malls, and many of Bangkok's attractions, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The hotel was flexible with our check-in, and we also received a complimentary room upgrade, which we appreciated. However, the upgraded room had a leaking air conditioner. We reported it immediately and requested a room change, but the staff initially preferred to have their technician repair it. When we returned later, the AC was still leaking, so we requested another room again. Thankfully, they accommodated us and transferred us to the room type we originally booked. The replacement room was clean, spacious, and much more comfortable. There were a few minor inconveniences. Extra pillows come with an additional charge, and slippers are not provided unless requested or purchased. The hair dryer in our room also stopped working during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and fixed the issue. Breakfast had a limited selection compared to other hotels, but the food we tried was enjoyable. I especially recommend the pork fried rice and the stir-fried pork with basil. Check-out was smooth and efficient. Although we didn't get a chance to use the swimming pool, it has a nice view overlooking the Mahanakhon area, which looked inviting. Overall, I'd recommend The Heritage Bangkok for travelers who prioritize location and value. While there are a few areas that could be improved, the staff were responsive, and the hotel's location made our stay enjoyable.

Overall very good. Great location (like a 3 minute walk or less to BTS, with 7-11 and McDonalds extremely close), room we were in was not noisy at all. Didn't have breakfast or use the pool so can't comment on those. Only concern to be honest was that our room was a larger room and the AC struggled to get the room cool, maybe needs maintenance or a second air conditioner. The TV was in a weird spot too for the bed, but we didn't use the TV anyhow.

I booked a room for 6 days for 5,000 THB. However, because one of my children is 8 years and 5 months old, the receptionist insisted that we had to upgrade to a larger room. This added another 5,800 THB, bringing the total to 10,800 THB instead of the original 5,000 THB. The room was a huge disappointment. The air conditioner is very old and cannot keep the room cool during the afternoon when the sun is at its hottest. Overall, it was a very bad experience. The air conditioner is old, extremely noisy, and struggles to cool the room even after running for hours. It feels like it hasn't been properly maintained in a long time. The curtains are also very dirty and stained. They look as if they haven't been washed for many years, which made the room feel unclean and poorly maintained.

My four nights here was amazing! The room is spacious enough for me who traveling alone. The bathroom was quite big, aircon working well, they even provide a small fridge and tea coffee maker. The location near with almost everything, Seven Eleven less than a minute walking from the hotel. View from the rooftop was great as well. And the staff, they're amazing. Very polite, kind and helpfull. I will stay here again when visit bangkok again for sure.

The room advertised was completely different to the room we received, it was lime green and very very dirty. We left after one night, we booked for 6. Getting a refund was very hard but after back and forth photos and messages, we only got back a 3 day refund. Do not recommend

I stayed at this hotel before, and the room deposit was 1,000 Baht. Since we booked two rooms, the total fee was 2,000 Baht. The rooms were spacious but damp, with very few power outlets, and the air conditioning didn't cool properly. The only good thing about it was the location. Even the 7-Eleven downstairs was small and had a very limited selection of items. I wouldn't recommend staying here
