I stayed in the largest room at this hotel with friends. We booked it knowing the property is older, and while the facilities do show their age, the antique-style interior gave the place a distinctive charm. The landscaping around the room matched well with the overall atmosphere, and the table and bench area made it comfortable to relax together. Considering the price, the size of the room and the space we had felt like very good value. There was an issue with part of the room appliance during our stay, but the staff responded quickly and handled it appropriately. The manager was also responsive to my email inquiries before arrival and during tbe stay, which made the experience smoother. Overall, it was a satisfying stay.

Very clean and friendly staff. Each room has its own air conditioning that works fabulously, which is much appreciated in the May heat. Great location close to BTS, MRT and Patpong night market. Overall, great value for money!

Siam Heritage Hotel was perfect for our stay in Bangkok! It was very well located close to the metro and the SkyTrain, which allowed us to get anywhere and everywhere in the city. The rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. It's also very close to a great night market with food and shopping! Would recommend staying here if you plan on exploring all Bangkok has to offer!

A hidden gem with outstanding staff and unbeatable location The location is simply outstanding. DJ Station and the Silom Soi 4 bar strip are just a 10-minute walk away, and the hotel sits right above a massage street — incredibly convenient for nightlife and relaxation alike. Yes, the décor and furnishings are dated, but the room is kept spotlessly clean and is surprisingly practical. There's a microwave, tableware, and — my personal favourite — a large bookshelf that was perfect for setting up a workspace during the day. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. The breakfast team is warm and attentive, and the bellman — a kind older gentleman — made me feel genuinely welcomed from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. He went out of his way to help without ever being asked, and that kind of hospitality is rare. This hotel has earned a place in my memory, and I will absolutely return if I find myself in Bangkok again. Highly recommended for travellers who value heartfelt service over flashy interiors.

Beautifully decorated boutique hotel providing a warm, home-like experience. The staff are wonderful, catered to our every need. Do book with breakfast because the food is outstanding. Excellent Thai food that changes ever morning along with western food. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bangkok!

Location is no doubt a plus but the key card to the building and room is a nightmare! I’ve been locked out 3 times and had to search for the night duty staff for assistance. I hope they can do something about it cos it’s a nice quaint hotel and really affordable!

4.5 stars Pros: Extremely beautiful hotel - the thoughtfulness in decorating was clear. Great breakfast. Very good location 10 mins from metro and sky train. Staff were very friendly and professional. Pool was beautiful. Gym was air-conditioned. Cons: Only four lounge chairs at pool, which were a bit competitive to get. Recommend adding two more chairs (there is space) and also refreshing some of the cushions as they were ripped and when it rained they soaked up water. Would also be nice to have sheer curtains in room so you could let some light in while having privacy. I had a great stay, thank you so much!

I stayed there for three nights. Older room. That’s why it’s heritage hotel. Two small beds were put together to create a Queen size bed. The toilet kept dripping water. Had a window but no views. The phone on the desk didn’t work. The AC was great. Would I stay here again? Probably not because I like modern rooms.
