I’ve returned numerous times to this hotel since first staying here over 5 years ago. It’s still relatively new so is clean and modern. All staff are excellent from reception at arrival to housekeeping. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Apart from the hotel itself and the staff the location is excellent. Less than a 15 minute walk through the back alleys to MRT or straight down Soi 11 to BTS. If you don’t fancy walking up the street it’s only 20 baht for an orange vest rider at the bottom of Soi 11. There's many bars and restaurants on Soi 11 and in the nearby sois and alleys. The price is very reasonable based on the facilities. I love the rooftop pool and sometimes bother the fitness room! There’s an onsite restaurant but unfortunately there’s no vegan food so I’ve never tried it. There’s 3 24/7 convenience stores literally less than 60 seconds from the hotel so there’s everything nearby.

I stayed here for 5 days, rooms are nice and clean. They don’t have a proper closet though. Just a desk that has rod to hang your clothes in. Other than that, I have no complaints. Location is good, Soi 11 is the party central. Staff is respectful. Rooftop bar and pool are a good spot to hang out around sun set. What more can you ask for in $100/night?

Thank you for everything. I come to Bangkok to unwind, heal my mind and feel happy. Travelodge feels like a second home. I am free here, staff is excellent, professional warm and caring. Thats all i ask for. A clean room, exceptional staff, everything else i can take care. Thank you for everything. Ive been coming here for 5 years. This year alone 2 times. This was my second stay at Travelodge, and once again I had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located close to everything, including the train station, restaurants, and 7-Eleven stores, which made getting around very easy.The room was very clean, serviced daily, and equipped with tea and coffee-making facilities. The shower had excellent hot and cold water pressure, which was greatly appreciated. Although the hotel is located on a busy street, the room was surprisingly quiet, and I experienced no noise issues during my 8-day stay.The pricing was also very reasonable for the location and quality of the accommodation.The only small inconvenience was that dental kits needed to be requested daily, and slippers were not provided in the room. While this may not be a major issue, many hotels in Thailand usually include these small amenities as standard.Overall, I had a very good stay and would happily return again.

We had a fantastic stay at Travelodge Sukhumvit 11. Everything was perfect from start to finish! The hotel was clean, comfortable and in a great location, with plenty of restaurants, shops and 7-Elevens nearby. It was also very convenient for getting around Bangkok, with BTS Nana station within walking distance. Our room was lovely and comfortable, spotless with daily housekeeping and the hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. We genuinely couldn’t fault our experience and would happily stay here again the next time we’re in Bangkok.

This was my first time staying here. I checked in during the evening, and the place was extremely crowded and chaotic. Luckily, I got my room fairly quickly. One thing that disappointed me was that the staff didn’t explain anything at all. It took me quite a while to figure out how to connect to the hotel’s Wi-Fi by myself. I would recommend this hotel if you’re into nightlife, as it’s surrounded by lots of pubs and bars. However, it may not be the best choice if you’re looking for peace, quiet, and a relaxing atmosphere like I was. Another issue is the location. The hotel is quite far from the BTS Skytrain, and if you’re walking back after 9 PM, you’ll have to pass through a very busy street packed with pubs, bars, and nightlife crowds. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families looking for a peaceful getaway. On the other hand, it’s a great option for younger travelers who want to enjoy the nightlife and stay close to the action. Overall, I’d give this hotel 3 out of 5 stars. The biggest reasons for the lower rating are the location, which is quite far from the BTS Skytrain, and the constantly busy, noisy atmosphere around the hotel. The other major issue was the air conditioning, which was far too warm and often took much longer than it should have to cool the room. While there were definitely some positives, these drawbacks had a significant impact on my overall stay.

I Literally ran out of review options so I had to use my other official account to write another review. I have been returning to this hotel for 4 and a half years every single time. The hotel doesn't promise you the world, bit it delivered a clean room, excellent housekeeping and a wonderful energetic staff. For those of you complaining about noise, weed smell and drunk people on the streets, what do you expect booking a hotel in the middle of the disco night life and red light district. If you want quiet and peace you should find hotels in such places like Thong Lo or Siam. You can't bring children to Sukhumvit 11 and complain about the night life here. They will see what the street will always offer, fun, nightlife and vibrant energy.

Had a great stay here for one night. The room was spacious, simple, and comfortable, which was just right for us. I’d especially like to thank Mix, the supervisor, who checked us in. She was warm, professional, and made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. She also kindly upgraded our room, which we really appreciated. Also, thank you to Yuki for helping with our luggage and welcoming us. He was very friendly, welcoming, and had such a great personality. He made us feel very comfortable and well taken care of from the moment we arrived. Another nice thing about the hotel is the tuk-tuk service, which takes guests to nearby places and restaurants. It was really convenient, and the service is available until 5 PM. Overall, we had a really pleasant first stay here and were very happy with the service. Thank you, Mix and Yuki!
