The female receptionists are so rude. I’ve been coming to this hotel only because the place is convenient enough to go anywhere. But other than that, literally the worst hotel with worst service. And same breakfast for past 7/8 years. Can’t they choose new chef or is chef not creative enough to make new menu for breakfast? Plus, train your rude receptionists. They will treat guests differently according to their nationality. Be professional

Room : good vanity, nice scent soap, room is very clean and spacious. 🛁 And hot water 👍 Service: good cleaning service, ok but still nice breakfast. Friendly receptionist. Pool+ gym is a plus.👍 Location: near nana station, halal restaurants, convenient store and night market around the hotel👍 Traffic jam during busy hours like any other place in Bangkok. Would like to revisit sometime in the future.

I had a wonderful stay with a nice room, beautiful view, and excellent service from the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit.I would especially like to compliment Jack and his manager from the Front Office team. They made my stay extra special by surprising me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful and memorable gesture. Their kindness, attention to detail, and warm hospitality really made me feel valued as a guest.

Dear Management Team, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the service and multiple operational issues I experienced during my recent stay. I checked in at 2:00 PM and immediately noticed that the air conditioning in my room was not functioning. I contacted reception and was informed that I would need to wait one hour; however, no one arrived during that time. I had to call reception again before an engineer was finally sent. Despite spending a considerable amount of time attempting to fix the issue, the air conditioning remained unresolved. At check-in, I had specifically requested a non-smoking king room, yet I was assigned a smoking room. This required additional room changes and further inconvenience on an already frustrating day. After contacting reception again regarding the air conditioning, I was only informed at 7:00 PM that I would need to change rooms. This resulted in a significant waste of my time throughout the afternoon. Later in the evening, when I went to collect my belongings and access the new room, the key card did not work. A receptionist accompanied me to the room, but even then, the door could not be opened using the reception key card. Only the housekeeping key was able to open the door. Following this, staff attempted to resolve the issue by issuing new key cards and returning to the room approximately 5-6 times. These repeated interruptions made me feel extremely uncomfortable. At 10:20 PM, I received a call from reception informing me that an engineer would need to come and change the door system, and I was asked to decide when this should take place. Due to these ongoing issues, it was impossible for me to relax or enjoy my evening. To further add to this experience, at check-out I was presented with a restaurant charge on my bill for items that we did not consume. This error is highly unprofessional and unacceptable, particularly given the numerous issues already encountered during my stay. The repeated technical failures, poor coordination, incorrect room allocation, billing mistakes, and constant interruptions reflect an unacceptable level of service and significantly disrupted my stay. I expect this matter to be taken seriously as well as a clear explanation of how such issues will be prevented in the future.

I have been staying at the wonderful Hotel for over 3 decades. |When you have travelled long haul it is just the place to recharge and relax . As a world traveller, the Zenith has everything you could possibly need to enjoy the most out of this Amazing city. The staff are so attentive . |It is very comfortable , the rooms are spacious , always immaculately clean , and very well appointed with all your needs , any refurbishment or upgrading is quietly carried out without disturbing the guests. |The roof top pool area is fabulous with luxurious loungers , shade and various seating areas. The Breakfast which is included in your stay .|Has an incredible choice for all. |Fresh fruit , |Coffee made to order |Tea & Juices |Pastries , Toast etc |Cereals , porridge , full European Asian , Indian breakfast. |Egg chef . | |Location. |In the heart of Nana What I look for in a Hotel is transport links. |Near amenity's .|Walking distance to restaurants. |24 hour supermarket access |Something in the area for every budget. |Good comfortable beds. |Next time you are in Bangkok give it a try. |The Zenith has got it all ...

I’ve stayed at this hotel regularly over the past six years for its good location (near to Hospital) and halal breakfast, but my recent visits (last 2/3 visit) were disappointing. Many advertised amenities were missing (no toothbrush/toothpaste), and the rooms feel outdated. The bathroom fittings are old, and I even encountered cockroaches. Electrical sockets were mostly non-functional, with only one inconveniently placed working outlet. The hair dryer was low quality and gave off a burning smell.Breakfast quality was inconsistent—good on some days, but poorly maintained and not refilled properly on others.At its current price, it doesn’t offer good value. I would only consider it worthwhile below 1,700 THB per night. Despite its location advantages, I’ll likely explore other nearby options going forward.

The hotel is old, without any renovations. Rooms are old, all the furniture is old too. The rooms was clean, but there was a used tissue behind bed table when we checked in and the room cleaning didn't pick it up for all 8 days that we stayed there. Air conditioning wasn't very noisy, but you can definitely hear guest on the other side of the wall. The view from the rooms is great, especially beautiful at night. The rooftop pool was clean, except the jacuzzi, it was kind of dirty. The breakfast was good, lots of foods to choose from. Hotel and all the street was for muslims, so during Ramadan on the daytime none of the restaurants worked, they open only for evening. The metro was after 20-25min walk, and the skytrain was after 10-15min walk. We reserved another hotel a few weeks ago, but they canceled our reservation, so this hotel approved our stay only a day before, so thanks for that. We came to hotel very late at night, but there was no problem with checking in, the staff was very friendly and kind.
