Tripadvisor· 2 months agoIf you are visiting Barcelona, Hotel Lloret is an absolute gem that completely exceeded every expectation! Located right on the iconic Rambla in a gorgeous historical building, you might expect a place with old-school quirks or dated amenities, but the moment you step inside, you are greeted by an interior that looks and feels brand new. The modern, sleek renovation beautifully contrasts with the building’s classical facade, offering the absolute best of both worlds—historic character on the outside and crisp, pristine comfort on the inside.|A massive standout of our stay was the incredible front desk service. The team here sets the gold standard for hospitality. From the seamless check-in to their warm, attentive recommendations for navigating the city, every staff member went above and beyond with genuine warmth and professionalism. They truly make you feel welcomed and cared for from second one.|And let’s talk about the summer heat in Barcelona—having flawlessly working, ice-cold air conditioning in the room was a total game-changer! After a long day of exploring bustling streets and sunny plazas, walking back into a perfectly chilled, sparkling clean, and quiet sanctuary felt like pure luxury. Every detail in the room was spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed.|You simply cannot beat this location, the quality of the modern renovation, and the top-tier hospitality. 100% recommended to anyone traveling to Barcelona—we will definitely be coming back!

Google· a month agoThis hotel has just one star but has a great location, it is clean, you may ask for cleaning and they do great job. I was supposed to check in at 15.00 but arrived early however they showed me the kindness to check me in earlier for a room that was available. The room has all the necessities, from shampoo to bath gel, soap, clean towels, blankets if needed etc. It was in a busy location but the noise did not bother at all.

Google· 2 months agoThe location of Hotel Lloret Ramblas is simply exceptional—right in the middle of La Rambla! It’s the absolute perfect starting point to explore the city. I stayed in a double room with a view directly overlooking La Rambla, and it was truly incredible. Despite the lively and central location, the room was remarkably quiet and extremely clean. I also felt very safe and at ease during my stay, thanks to their excellent video surveillance system and the fact that the reception is staffed 24/7. The breakfast is outstanding and of high quality. The croissants are wonderfully flaky, and the coffee and cappuccinos are excellent. Alongside a wide selection of sweets, they offer plenty of great savory options too, including cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, and sausages. However, the absolute highlight of my stay was the staff, and I want to give a very special mention to a girl at the front desk: Ivonne. She was always available, constantly smiling, welcoming, and incredibly kind. She even went out of her way to help me resolve some difficulties I encountered during my time in the city. Barcelona is my "city of the heart", and from now on, Hotel Lloret Ramblas and Ivonne will remain in my heart as well. I will absolutely book with them again when I return. Highly recommended!

Trip.com· 10 months agoLocation is excellent! It’s around 100 meters from the Metro Station around Plaza Catalunya and La Rambla Street. You can get a 2,3, 5 day bus and train pass to go around. McDonald’s and Burger King is right beside and open past midnight. There’s a Carrefour a stone’s throw away (closes a bit early though). Authentic Catalan/Spanish restaurants around the vicinity which also close late. The room was alright. An additional electric would’ve been perfect for hearing water for coffee or tea though: The staff were very accomodating with transportation info, taxi bookings to the airport, etc.

Google· a month agoWe had a wonderful stay at Hotel Lloret Ramblas! The hotel offers a great value for money, especially considering its excellent location in the heart of Barcelona. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was available. A special mention goes to Jack at the reception, who was absolutely wonderful. He was always kind, warm, and smiling, and he was genuinely willing to help with anything we needed. His friendly attitude made our stay even more pleasant. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend Hotel Lloret Ramblas to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in a fantastic location. We would happily come back!

Google· 7 months agoDo Yourself a Favor, Don't stay here. Front Desk clerks lack any kind of courtesy, Not friendly at all, NO ICE,, NONE in the building. Coke machine not working. Would not even offer any help with answering any questions, espcially the one who worked nights. Very Old Building, updated somewhat in room, No A/C and it was Hot. Temps in day were up in high 60's. But bathroom facilities are terrible. No Hand rails in tub/shower= spray wets the whole marble floor and creates a hazardous condition. Believe me, I know I Fell by the tub the last night of our trip, Broke a rib, bruised all over upper body and they offered nothing. I had to go down and literally scream at the night guy to go find me some ice for my head when I hit the foor. - Upon checkout, they said I owed them for a breakfast, I just walked away to catch my cab. Never again...

Google· 4 months agoVery nice, helpful and kind front desk staff. I arrived earlier than the check in time and they were able to store my luggage while I began my Barcelona adventure. Room was nice and quiet with a balcony which was very nice especially at night. There was AC in the room and a closet for storing your items. The only thing I didn’t like was that the shower only has half a door so water spills on the floor each time you shower. Very close to the metro which is a plus. Highly recommend!

Google· 6 months agoUnacceptable Experience – Not What Was Booked Our stay at Hotel Lloret Ramblas was extremely disappointing and far below expectations. We booked this hotel more than six months in advance and clearly indicated that we were a couple. I even took the extra step of emailing the hotel to ensure everything would be prepared correctly. Despite this, we were given a room with two separate twin beds, and one of the headboards was broken upon arrival. This shows a clear lack of attention to detail and basic quality control. After we complained, a maintenance staff member—who was kind and professional—attempted to resolve the issue by pushing the beds together and securing them with zip ties, while also fixing the headboard. Although we appreciated his effort, this is not an acceptable or professional solution for paying guests. It felt improvised and far from the standard we expected. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location. It is conveniently close to Plaça de Catalunya, La Boqueria Market, and the Gothic Quarter, making it easy to explore the main attractions of the city. We did have a balcony with a view of La Rambla; however, due to ongoing construction (not the hotel’s fault), even that experience was diminished. Overall, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. Between the incorrect room setup, broken furniture, and inadequate resolution, we cannot recommend this hotel and would not stay here again.
