This was a Novotel hotel, some time ago. its probably independent now. that infrastructure is intact and continues to serve well. staff is happy to assist. Hotel location is very good. very near a subway station and reasonably central. there is a popular bakery right next door. serves you well. that has become a unique USP in its own right. general room facilities, toiletries, drinking water supplies etc. are good. room size is correct. room service very often is by a robotic delivery machine. the advantage is that you get delivery at all hours. overall cleanliness is very good. now for the cons; the wifi is slow, erratic, unreliable. hotel staff will advise you to buy your own data sim card from outside. its unfortunate the hotel hasn't been able to solve or even attempt to solve the issue. shower space is a bit too tight, but water heating and water pressure is good. my check in was delayed to almost 5 pm and to make up for it they offered a free welcome drink at their bar. dont take the offer. its a stingy hearted one. all in all, except for the wifi, which is a deal breaker, all seems good or tolerably good.

This hotel offers excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond by helping us receive packages and arrange returns. The location is very central and convenient for exploring the area.The building itself is quite old, and I do wish the rooms had bidets. While the hotel may not feel as modern as some newer properties, it is well maintained and clean for its age. The housekeeping and overall upkeep are excellent.If you're looking for outstanding service and a great location, this hotel is a fantastic choice. However, if your priority is staying in a newer, more modern property, this may not be the best fit for you.

The hotel was centrally located, well equipped and our mini bar was restocked with drinks every day while we were there for 7 nights, maybe cause we booked the family room? Family room comes with 2 levels and 2 toilets, and considering it is at such a good location, we booked it at under $200 SGD for a family of 4 which we find it of good value. The hotel may look a bit old but it is very functional and hit all the sweet spots for a decent hotel. Service was good by the staff, and they have robot that does food delivery to your room if you order 外卖, which is a popular thing to do when in China. Overall, even though hotel is slightly older, it is of a very good location and definitely value for money for a good stay to explore Beijing. Highly recommended!

I had a pleasant stay overall. The location is excellent—right in front of a metro station, with bus stops nearby, making it very easy to get around Beijing. There is also a nice bakery downstairs and several shops in the area, which was very convenient.The hotel provided all the amenities I needed, including an iron, and I was especially grateful that the staff arranged an early check-in for me, which made a big difference after my journey.The only minor downside was that my room's window faced the inner courtyard, so there wasn't much natural daylight. Also, the hallway rugs made it a bit difficult to roll luggage around. However, these were small inconveniences compared to the overall positive experience. The hotel was comfortable, well-equipped, and very convenient for exploring the city.

One of the best things about this hotel is the location. The subway station is just a few steps from the lobby. Since it’s on Line 2, we could easily reach most major sightseeing spots in Beijing without any hassle.The hotel staff is well trained, very polite, and most importantly, helpful, especially the front desk staff, 嘉鑫, who helped us solve many problems with professionalism and efficiency. Big shout-out to her!The luggage storage service is also very convenient. We used it after check-out so we could still explore around Beijing before heading to the airport. The process was smooth and hassle-free.However, there is one area that could be improved to make the hotel even better: dining. Every day when we went to the dining hall for lunch around 11 a.m., we were told to wait in line for at least an hour. Because of this, we ended up relying on ******* delivery for most of our lunches. The delivery locker system was very helpful, since the restaurant clearly has limited capacity and cannot accommodate all hotel guests during peak time.Overall, it was a very pleasant stay with great facilities and service. Totally worth the price.

My friend and I stayed here for one night, and this was my second time returning to this hotel. The room was large, clean, and had a stunning view of the city. The breakfast was wonderful and varied - something for every taste.The location is superb. It's just two metro stops to the Temple of Heaven, or you can walk there in about 30 minutes at a leisurely pace. The same distance (around 30 minutes on foot) also takes you to Qianmen Street. Very convenient.The only small issue was the air conditioning. The temperature in the room felt well above 25°C, and we couldn't get it to cool down properly. That said, it might have been our fault, perhaps, we just didn't understand how the system works.Overall, I came back because I had a good experience before, and aside from the AC question mark, this stay was just as comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

Very good hotel, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and the service was wonderful. Very close to the metro. We were staying here for our honeymoon in China and received fruits and wine. Also, there is a robot that does the room service!

Metro station is only 2 min walking distance from the hotel. You can easily access to a lot of places. The room is clean and comfortable. I will definitely choose this hotel again if I visit Beijing in future.
