Tripadvisor· 2 months agoThis is my second visit to Beijing. Both visits, I stayed at Peace Hotel. This hotel is right in the downtown area, very convenient for shopping and transit . This visit, I booked Peace Hotel through Trip.com and the hotel gave me a free handicraft workshop coupon. I decided to enroll and made myself a customize broach with the choice of colours of my liking. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience. Beijing has so much culture, their artwork and handicraft are so colorful and beautiful. I am glad I get to create this, it will sit in my glass display case when I return home.

Tripadvisor· a month agoCurrently staying here arrived yesterday. Room smells of smoke. Dining options are good. Dryer in laundry room are hopeless. Told to hang my clothes in my room to dry. Bed is very very firm, have asked for a mattress pad which they offer, but didn’t get it. No toilet paper in men’s loos near lobby. Just little things but they are mounting. Charged 400 yuan more than my booking price on arrival. Will take that up with them. Hotel looks glitzy but it’s old, bathrooms need a makeover and carpets in rooms have cigarette burns in them. The Novotel in Xi’an and Shunyi so much nicer and in Shunyi they will was and dry clothes at no extra charge.

Google· 11 months agoLocation is perfect, but the room AC was very hot, the hallway was even cooler than temperature inside the room. Manager on duty for that day (Oct 26, around 5pm in the afternoon) was very helpful, went out of her way to give us an electric fan to survive the heat on our 5 night stay. On our last day, I was denied entry to breakfast because my key card access wont work. They asked me to go to reception, but same she told me breakfast was not included, when clearly, my booking was bed & breakfast. After a few calls, she confirmed that breakfast is indeed included. As an Accor Explorer/Gold member, I think this kind of error really dampens the mood of our stay. Hope that this can be improved and not happen to other guests. Overall rooms are well kept, location was fantastic, just needs improvements on service. Housekeeping though is top notch, housekeeping staff were kind and courteous.

Tripadvisor· 3 months agoOur stay has been excellent. Zhang Jun Hua, who has looked after our housekeeping in our room 1603 has been so lovely and attentive. Her service to our room has been like no other and her attention to detail has been great. She’s been very accomodating and kind, making my stay and my partner’s extra special.

Tripadvisor· a month agoJust arrived september 16th 2026 well what can i say, we had been upgraded apparently so i would hate to see the other rooms. everything chipped, tired and feels dirty and grim. It might have looked good in the 50s maybe |I Put my toothbrush down on the side of sink, picked it up Nice long asian hair stuck to it. It's shabby and dated everywhere is threadbare please see photos attached. Very Disappointed expected more

Google· 10 months agojust arrived today but no one help on the luggages where so many staffs inside the hotel after you enter. Went to my friends hotel next block, at least got 2-3 ppls come and help with luggage’s ** Not recommended for families unless you, yourself Ok settle your own luggages Hotel room its too old but still ok. Time to do upgrading works Location was great

Google· 9 months agoLocation is good. Easy walking Not recognized as platinum according check-in. No room upgrade, low floor. No mention about lounge access. Need to asked on the next day. Could be better ! Resturant took busy for breakfast. If we know we can access louge on first morning, that would make our experience better. Room size just ok even not get Room Upgrade. Staff- during check in - not so good , may be its 2 am. They were tired but I'm tired tooo from long flight. Staff at lounge are helpful, especially the lady who made wanton on the Louge. She is super attentive and friendly.
