Unfortunately, if guests arrive significantly before our standard check-in time, we are unable to provide access to the room until it has been cleaned and prepared for arrival. To make the wait more comfortable, we communicate the check in times prior to check in and we offer luggage lockers and communal areas where guests can relax until their room is ready. We're also sorry to hear about the condition of the bathroom facilities. This is not the standard we aim to provide, and your comments regarding the showers, toilet seats, and cleanliness have been shared with our housekeeping and maintenance teams so they can address these issues.
